"Overall, the property was good for our group of 15. The dock was on the water and easily accessible with a boat from the marina. Only a few things would have made the stay more inviting. The patio furniture was covered in leaves and spiderwebs. If we would have had a leaf blower to do it ourselves, we would have. Also, the lake water level was 9 ft low, so we had to walk through some mud to get to and from the dock. Infortunately did not have access to a water faucet or hose outside in the back of the house to clean our muddy feet prior to entering the house."

"This was a great choice for a multi generational family vacation (18 year to 79)The main floor had three master bedrooms, ( King beds and baths ) Large dining table that was able to seat 10 on main floor.Even though there was a second kitchen on the lower floor we used the main floor kitchen for cooking.The lower floor was great for the young adults. Three queen beds in a large bedroom. Plus two additional full bathrooms on that floorThere was plenty to keep them busy - pool table, ping pong etc.The loft had four single beds which was nice for anyone not wanting to share a bed.The beach was nice for sitting and enjoying the water. It was on open water which made it nice for watching all the boat traffic plus the Harbor Lights Marina was very close if you wanted to rent a pontoon boat.Would definitely consider coming back."

"We had a great stay - the house was clean when we arrived and the check-in process was seamless. We didn’t use the indoor fireplace because it was summer in SC :) but there is a nice gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was well-stocked making it easy to prepare meals. The only “negative” was the walk to the lake through the back yard. It’s a ways down, as others have reported, possibly making it inaccessible for some renters. Of course, the house was not advertised as being lake front, so this really isn’t wasn’t an issue. Just be prepared for some downhill/uphill walking! Finally, there is a boat launch less than 1 minute from the house."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The lake views were gorgeous, and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather, make memories, and enjoy time together.The location was perfect, the house was exactly as described, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would happily return! Highly recommend this VRBO for a peaceful and memorable family vacation! "

"Host responded quickly when I reached out. Dock and deck needed some TLC and would’ve been nice if lights on dock worked. But we had a good time and overall nice property."
