I wanted somewhere she could see the water from the home and this home delivered the views! It was also very easy for her to navigate. There was plenty of space and the home design was clearly planned by someone very thoughtful. Lindsay communicated regularly and quickly, and she helped make my mother’s birthday even more special by connecting us with the local bakery (Open Door - delicious!). "Property was very nice. The location is convenient and secluded. The kitchen is very well stocked. The lake and fire pit are the main attractions. In our case, the lake was difficult to use. If the water level is low, the dock will be out of the water necessitating a trek through mud to use the canoe or kayak. I'd watch the lake level if that is something you want to do. "

"We had the best time, the house and all accommodations were beyond our expectations! The owners provide more than any other property we have stayed at through VRBO, we basically only need to bring our self’s, food and clothing. It was perfectly located close Harbor Light Marina where we launched our boat. The dock was covered which was an added bonus as we did have a heavy rain storm and it kept us and the boat from getting drenched. EXCELLENT place to stay, we will be returning. "
