"A beautiful hotel and great location. Pretty flowers and surroundings. The premises are gorgeous.
However, no staff on-site. Our keurig was filthy so that was really gross but a clean one was delivered later that day after I texted about it. Our bathroom sink had no hot water after 5 minutes of letting the water run while looking at a sticker on the mirror above the bathroom sink encouraging us to be frugal with our water use. Yikes.
It’s a nice enough place, just hoped for better. I won’t stay there again but it’s a good economy option for a mid range price."
"Cute, charming hotel! Not sure if all showers are like this, but at least in our room, the shower temperature seemed to be backward or broken. Turning the handle to “cold” actually brought super hot water (too hot to shower in), and turning the handle to “hot” brought lukewarm water (also too cold to shower in)."
"Excellent property! The hotel is centrally located in regard to the harbor, shops, and restaurants. In addition, our room was beautiful and very clean, which works for me as I am a bit of a neat freak. :-) However, most importantly, the staff helped in making our experience at the Pavilion Hotel a wonderful occasion!!! They were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you again and again."
"Very nice place, but they were not at all responsive when I attempted to contact them. Also, it's quite a ways up the hill from downtown. Not an easy walk. If you don't have an ebike, they will take you on their golf carts, and it's very convenient if you don't have to be somewhere at a specific time, but the expectation that you tip for every ride is really annoying."
"Great room in an old Victorian building. Fairly close to the mail street. The final 50 yards is a hill (if you have mobility issues maybe not for you)
The floors have great patios. There is a full size elevator. No coffee in the rooms but they do coffee downstairs
Overall neat, charming."
