The building is beautiful. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were kind. My negative review is mainly because of the misleading listings. The listing says it has a pool and hot tub, which haven't been open since before covid, and the fitness center is just two treadmills in a locked room which you need to find a staff member to open for you.

I asked for 2nd key for 2nd person and staff told me not to loose key or I would not get another key. Bed was awful! Hotel rooms very old and room was very damp. Will not say again.

Service at front desk was very nice friendly and staff attendant, very clean! What didn’t like some people throw trash outside when there’s plenty of garbage cans. Not cool! Beautiful place!!!!

The front desk staff were very polite and attentive. The room had everything we needed and was clean, warm and very quiet. We would surely stay here again when we are in the area.
