"The best thing about our stay was the breakfast buffet, great quality and variety of food choices, great coffee and other drinks options, it was an extra that I'd definitely recommend paying for. The room size was fine considering what we paid, the only thing I would say they can improve is cleanliness, the toilet had a brown stain (typical of old and not well cleaned toilets), tables didn't seem to be wiped after another guest had eaten so crumbles and other stuff were on them, but once again.. Considering it was very budget friendly I can accept and say it was a good deal"

"No frills budget hotel, convenient for exhibition access opposite hotel. Long wait for staff at check-in (25 mins), decent breakfast, unacceptable black mould in shower."

"The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood. The staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast that is included is excellent. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was exceptionally good. The Hotels.com description, though, has two errors: the hotel does not have facilities for guests to do their laundry and there is not a nearby fitness center that gives privileges to hotel guests. I strongly recommend the hotel, and we plan to return."

"Rooms clean, new and comfortable. Adequate showring, first class toileting facilities! The young German lady on reception was extremely pleasant and she made my stay at the hotel unforgettable, in respect of making sure my stay was pleasantly exeptional. I have stayed in 73 hotels this year and she was the nicest and most congenial staff member I have met across all of them."

"This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. The only downside was there was a very loud wedding and our room was right over the atrium, so sleep was impossible. The guests were loud until 2 am. The room was nice, the bathroom was large, and the beds were comfortable."
