"Great resort and gread beachside hotel food was great but the long dirt road you have to travel every time to go anywhere suck but the resort itself is fantastic falily atmosphere very friendly and safe and the rooms were very nice and authentic jungle style"

"Food is disgusting. Not much variety. Food reused from previous meals. No restaurants to reserve on. Only one buffet. No ac so it is very uncomfortable to eat w heat and flies. Open atmosphere. No nightlife. A dj that refuses to put music asked for. Poor karaoke music had to download song on spot. Rooms old and poorly maintained. Walls need paint. Ac a plus works great. Front staff horrific. Long lines to check in and out. Towel lady bad humor. Also bartenders are all bad humored. Very pricey for the service received. No bell man. No food 24 hrs or late food. Dining not for vegetarians. No seafood what-so ever. A tilapia that was the only thing and it tasted frozen. The entertainment at pools where none. No games, exercise. Only in one pool full of kids screaming. Music very low and only 2 pools no bar pool you have to walk to get drinks to the bar. Very disappointed. Horrible. I would NOT recommended it to anyone. They must learn to take care of customers since it is their job to provide good customer care and hospitality. "

"For $630 a night, this hotel is honestly a huge disappointment. You’d expect at least basic amenities, No tea bags, no bottled or filtered water in the room—I had to order room service just to get tea, which is ridiculous at this price point. The bathroom setup was equally underwhelming. Instead of proper toiletries, they only provide an all-in-one bottle—no separate shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. It feels like you’re getting cheap 2 star motel amenities while paying Four Seasons prices. The service didn’t help either. The front desk staff was rude, and one older gentleman was unnecessarily sarcastic when I asked about the room view. When I confirmed it, he responded that “of course you won’t see the view, it’s dark outside ,and rolled his eyes on me as if that wasn’t obvious. Completely unprofessional. Even the pool system felt cheap—you have to exchange towels for pool cards like it’s a budget hotel. The pool itself was crowded, though I’ll admit it was nice, and the jacuzzi was decent as well. The view was amazing. Overall, not worth the money at all. Way overpriced for what you actually get. You are only paying for the view. "
