Beautiful Property and Setting. Still working the bugs out. Construction going on just outside our sliding window door. room 1. Also staff very polite however need to be trained more. Waited for breakfast until after 10 AM. No chef, so we left

Horrendous experience and stay

I would discourage anyone from staying here, especially if you’re a foreigner tourist. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay because there was no manager or security on the premises. This allowed for belligerently drunken guests to party until past midnight. The guests yelled out racial slurs and were cursing at us for speaking to the one guard for some problem solving, and there was nothing done about this. There was no one to fix the problem at night and the next morning, the hotel was unaware of what happened the night before and didn’t take any measures or responsibility for that matter.

En general todo estuvo muy bien. Las habitaciones tiene una bonita vista de los navales y de los pequeños viñedos. El agua de la alberca estuvo un poco fría, Algo que estuvo de regular a bien fue el desayuno que ofrecen de cortesía. Un aspecto a mejorar también es que no está señalizada la recepción del hotel, y es un poco confuso cuando vas por primera vez. Todo lo demás nos pareció excelente.

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel en los últimos años. La experiencia es muy satisfactoria y fantástica, sin embargo en esta ocasión la limpieza de la habitación dejó que desear, faltaban toallas, uno de los botes de basura aún tenía basura y honestamente tengo duda si cambiaron las sábanas para cuando recibimos el cuarto por la condición de limpieza en la que recibimos la habitación. Otra de las cosas que nos puso realmente triste fue que solían recibirte con una botella de vino y un par de copas de cortesía en el cuarto para poder disfrutar de un vino de la casa y esta vez ya no había, lo que nos dijeron fue que a partir de este año ya no daban botella de bienvenida. Para nosotros este pequeño detalle nos hacía sentir realmente especiales y bienvenidos, supongo que son síntomas de ahorro de costos, pero a costa de la experiencia del cliente. Para nosotros esto hacía la diferencia entre quedarnos en algún hotel del centro de Parras o elegir Parvada. Además de esto suele haber una cafetera, pero esta vez las tazas estaban sucias y la cafetera descuidada. Ya no nos dio confianza usar la cafetera. Si alguien de la administración ve este mensaje no descuiden este detalle, es una de las cosas que hacen única la experiencia. Finalmente el agua de la alberca estaba fría aún para ser verano. La alberca es genial pero si tuviera un sistema de calefacción sería sobresaliente! Si se mantiene la calidad es un gran hotel, muy recomendable!
