"My stay was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. I did not feel welcomed, as the receptionist seemed stressed and preoccupied. It was an exceptionally hot day, yet no refreshments were offered upon arrival. While waiting for my sister’s reservation to be processed, I casually mentioned wanting some wine; the receptionist asked a colleague to pour some, but the service felt indifferent and lacked any hospitality. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that there was no decaf coffee, herbal tea, or any caffeine-free beverage options available for guests. The next morning there was no coffee in capsules to make, instead there was a pot of coffee and it was cold and there were no options of cream. I'm lactose intolerant. The sofa bed was not put together when we requested it before we went out for the day. It's an expense hotel and need to put more attention to details. Latitude 32 service was super slow and had cold coffee. Room service at the pool it took 1hr for nachos. there were only two parties at the pool."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and welcoming. The room had everything we needed, the pool was clean and beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valle de Guadalupe!"

"Very new and clean hotel. Our new go-to spot in Valle de Guadalupe . They are finishing the pool and it looked like it was going to be very nice . Staff was very attentive. They left fruit and croissants in the room and staff was very friendly. Only recommendation (wife’s request) would be Nespresso Machine’s instead of Keurig :) Keurig is still a nice touch in my opinion though !"

"The property is beautiful, the Villa has everything you need to unwind, enjoy the scenery of the Valley and star gazing. Owner and Staff were very kind, attentive and professional. Definitely recommend booking at this property for a quick getaway, you won’t regret it."
