"Room mostly clean, found some pebbles on the floor which makes you wonder how clean everything would be. It rained that night and water dripped from the ceiling onto our bed waking us up. The light in the shower and toilet area flickered and would briefly completely turn off making a shower “interesting”. There is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor at the very end of the hotel away from the lobby area. There is another entry with stairs halfway down that we should be able to enter from the outside, but the key card for our room didn’t unlock the door. We had to carry our luggage from one end of the hotel all the way to the other end. Breakfast was appreciated but below average I would say. For our troubles, no real empathy from the front desk or an offer of compensation."

"We booked this location specifically for the pool/ hot tub. When we arrived in our room we noticed that one of the curtains had a huge rip in it. There was red spots on the walls by the bathroom ( you decide what that might be). In the pool room the pool deck was dirty, stained and had wads of hair all over it. The pool water was very cloudy . The water in the hot tub was murky and the sides had brown body oil bubbles floating in the corners and the thickest slimy film about 1-2 inches high and about 1/8 inch thick. When quickly retreated back to the room to shower everyone else off us we were greeted by a tub that wouldn’t even drain. We contacted the staff who stated there was nothing they could do for even a discount. “It’s in our policy”. "

"Good: King bed, parking right in front of room, dogs welcome and has a fenced run. Bad: Refrigerator was really noisy, walls let quite a bit of noise in from neighbors, Direct TV was not usable, message was “router being serviced”. "
