"A truly 5 star experience, the owner was really friendly and helpful. Its a really fantastic experience staying at Chateau Hermival and we hope we can stay there again sometime..."

"The perfect place to stay. Clean, convenient as so peaceful. The host; Clotille, was lovely and breakfast was fresh local breads and pastries. Would definitely recommend and we would absolutely stay again if we were in the area. 11/10 xx"

"Très bien accueilli par Flora, chambre propre et en plein centre de Lisieux parfait pour tout faire à pied !!!"

"Stayed here before and would stay again. Our host Ingrid was friendly and attentive as we're all the staff we met. Room was good standard and restaurant food very good. "

"For the price €103, it absolutely wasn't worth it. It is situated in the middle of nowhere. You have to arrange your breakfast yourself for the next morning. The only thing you get in the evening before, is a bag with bread and some marmelade. The fridge is hardly filled and you have to make your thea or coffee yourself. Besides the awfull smell in the sleepingroom it is an accomodation far beyond nowadays standards. We thought we had become in a horror movie of the worst kind."

"A very nice welkom. Lovely room"

"Very friendly and kind staff, good breakfast."

"Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"

"Came for one night, and ended up staying for three, because we never wanted to leave. This is a pure haven for anyone just wanting to relax, calm their nerves and take in the beautiful evening sky whilst hanging in a pool. With kind horses all around, and the sound of nature and wind in the trees. With only a few rooms, you never experience too much of a crowd, and only the best people seem to end up here. The owners are the sweetest people, and we’ll definitely end up coming here every...

"Simply one of the best B&Bs you could imagine. Superb facilities and hospitality. Honfleur is lovely and you are well placed for Deauville Rouen etc."

"Very peaceful, bucolic setting. Lovely room w comfortable bed, sitting area and large bathroom. Excellent breakfast included."

"Great central location. No reception and a bit of a puzzle to get in and get the keys. Room was fine and budget friendly but there was no proper shower, only a bath, which was really disappointing."

"The property was surreal from start to finish. The pool, the tennis courts, the fruit/veg trees and plants, everything. A fridge in the room would have been nice but minor stuff. We wish we had more time there! Thank you."

"This is a wonderful place! The rooms are homey and comfortable, and Christine is so kind. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. "

"Excellent location right in the centre of Honfleur. You walk out the door on market day and it's right in front of you!!! Honfleur is a beautiful picturesque town, definitely somewhere to visit."

"La chambre et l'exterieur est tres beau. Beaucoup de place pour poser dans le jardin."

"The breakfast was great!"

"Loved the decor and the inviting hosts, they make you feel very welcome. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend"

"Fantastic oasis from the ferocious heat. Wonderful breakfast too."

"Beautiful rooms, larged walled garden, easy parking, and excellent staff. Oh, and the spa is quite good, as well."
