"Our check-in process was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgable team members which was a great start to the stay. The room was fantastic, everything had been thought of (utensils, welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances). The pool was incredible, a little dated (a couple of interactive features did not work, and they did not turn on the water features until we were out and ready to leave), but such a relaxing change of pace to other family parks we have experiences. The outdoor pool area was welcomed by our two children too, being warmed too was an excellent addition. The on site shop has selected opening times, something to bear in mind if you’re relying on it for anything. The children’s area is superb, we could have spent everyday of our stay all day here! So overall, we’re very happy with our stay and already looking ahead to our return visit!"

"Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Small boutique style, nice rooms many with harbour views. Lovely reception and bar area to grab a drink from the honour bar, and service is top notch. Breakfast full of delicious local produce and secure parking just 5-7min walk from hotel. Definitely recommended!"

"Not the most attractive hotel from the outside but everything inside was excellent. Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless rooms and plentiful buffet breakfast. The pool and sauna were again spotless, well maintained and warm. Decor inside was 'different' most amusing to see various animals holding all the light fittings..!"

"Hotel itself is nice and comfortable but they had no hot water the first morning and no WiFi at all during our stay. We had to ask for at least a refund for breakfast but they said no. I’ve stayed here 2 other times and it was very well run but it must be under new management. Will not stay stay again. "

"An excellent location with its own parking. A five minute downhill (a bit longer walking back up but the exercise is good!) although you could drive down (through very narrow streets!) as there are car parks in the centre. Good choice of restaurants although most include a wide selection of sea food with differing prices (some tourists hot spots). Hotel very clean, good buffet breakfast and rooms clean and reasonable spacious. We would definitely stay here again"
