Breakfast was simply royal; I had never seen that you could snack on ice cream at breakfast. This is especially important for people who see badly without glasses."

10/10 Excellent

GPS took us to Hedon Spa not Hotel reception and we had difficult time to find reception. Young woman at reception was very dismissive when we asked for a trolley to take belongings to 3rd floor. I am on crutches. Dinner at Raimond Restoran was great and waitress Anastasia was excellent.we enjoyed a fish platter
