The worst service and attention ever! Nobody reached out to me to check in. There was no receptionist or no one no receive us. We tried callong a number in the entrance and nobody answered. Couldn't stay, had to book another hotel on the spot. They still charged me full stay.

Kiva hotelli, jossa ystävällinen henkilökunta

Hotelli itsessään oli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Auton parkkeerauksen toteuttaminen jäi epäselväksi. Henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla kun saavuimme, joten heiltä ei ollut mahdollisuutta kysyä. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtui tekstiviestillä saadun koodin avulla. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä. Yleinen siisteys oli kohtuullisen hyvää, joskin melko paljon oli hämähäkinverkkoja pidemmällä ajalla muodostunut. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi, mutta se kuumentui pelottavan paljon, joten sitä emme uskaltaneet oikein käyttää. Kaikenkaikkiaan hyvä kokemus, ja voisin tulla toistekin.

Käytännöllinen pieni hotelli keskustassa. Kaikki tarvittava on: hyvä sänky, pieni kph ja pieni huone. Aamiainen ok, ei mitään ylimääräistä. Auton sai hotellin eteen. Kaikin puolin hyvä hinta- laatusuhde yhden yön pysähdykseen.

Suihkukoppi oli ahdas, vettä tuli vuoroin kylmää ja kuumaa. Sänky oli todella kapea(kapeampi kuin normaali parisänky), joten hieman pieni kahdelle aikuiselle. Aamupala oli TODELLA huono! Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä silloin kun olivat paikalla.

Charming hotel!

We loved our stay at Hotel Hansalinn. The staff was superfriendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. I can definitely recommend booking the room with the hottub. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main sights and the city centre. Breakfast was great too. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Parnu!

Might be nice, but never found out..

Really awkward customer service, they double booked a room, and told us it was our fault because we used hotels.com rather than booking with them direct! (which considering hotels.com has been nothing but expectional during my usage, I found very annoying). We had to get an alternative hotel. Whilst they offered no alternative stay for two days, they did offer a coffee to take away.
