"Cabin was clean and lovely. The setting is beautiful along the creek. I would note that there is no firewood available to use for the fire pit or the indoor fireplace. Also, the grill is a Weber and there is no charcoal available. Be prepared and bring your own."

"My wife and I decided to get away for a little while and escape the hustle of everyday life. I’m so thankful we chose this place.One thing I absolutely wasn’t expecting was how well we slept! I’m naturally an early riser. Even on weekends, 6:00 AM is pretty normal for me. Well, imagine my surprise when I rolled over that first morning, looked at the clock, and saw 9:30 AM! I honestly couldn’t believe it, and the crazy part is I could have slept even longer.They did a fantastic job with the blackout curtains, but I think what really makes this place special is the natural tree cover. It creates such a peaceful, quiet, and dark environment that you almost forget the outside world exists. Just be prepared to oversleep a little as the stress melts away.Another thing I appreciated was how much thought the owners put into the cabin. There are little notes and helpful messages throughout the property. I got the impression that they’ve learned a few things along the way and genuinely want their guests to have the best experience possible. It’s those little details that make a difference.As far as privacy goes, you can see neighboring cabins, but there are large privacy fences on both sides that do a great job of blocking most of the views.
