About this property
Your Private Cabin Escape Under Endless Stars!
Escape to Your Peaceful Northern Arizona Cabin
Welcome to Flagstaff Slice of Heaven — a peaceful 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin tucked away on 2.25 private acres and bordered by the Kaibab National Forest on two sides.
This is the kind of place where you can feel away from everything without actually being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Flagstaff and Williams are both about 25 minutes away, so you’re close enough for groceries, restaurants, breweries, Route 66 exploring, and small-town charm — but far enough out to enjoy the quiet, wildlife, stars, and fresh mountain air.
Come for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams, Snowbowl, Route 66, Bearizona, hiking, and Northern Arizona adventure.
Stay for the peace and quiet.
And maybe the elk.
The Cabin
The cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom — cozy, comfortable, and roomy enough for families, couples, or a small adventure crew.
Both bedrooms have queen beds, and there’s a queen-size floor mattress that works well in the living room if your group needs a little extra sleeping space. The open living space is made for slow mornings, cozy nights, board games, ghost stories, hot chocolate, Netflix, and warming up by the fireplace after a full day of exploring.
The kitchen is fully stocked — and we mean fully. You’ll find plenty of cookware, spices, mugs for late-night cocoa, a crock pot, pots, pans, and yes, a wine opener. Because priorities matter.
Step outside and you’ll find one of our favorite parts of the whole property: the huge deck. It’s perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, outdoor meals, wildlife watching, and stargazing that may ruin city skies for you forever.
The Experience
Stargazing: With no city lights nearby, clear nights can be incredible. Stars, shooting stars, constellations — the whole sky likes to show off out here.
Wildlife: Deer, elk, pronghorn, squirrels, and other local visitors often wander through, making deck time feel like your own little nature show.
Peace and quiet: The cabin sits on 2.25 private acres bordered by Kaibab National Forest on two sides, giving you the tucked-away forest feeling without being completely disconnected.
Huge deck and outdoor dining: Sip coffee, enjoy dinner outside, watch for wildlife, catch the sunset, or sit still long enough to remember how good quiet feels.
Cozy comforts: Fireplace, smart TV, high-speed Starlink WiFi, games, washer/dryer, and the kind of little touches that make the stay feel easy.
Family-friendly setup: Pack ’n Play, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and space for kids to explore, play, and maybe forget about screens for a while.
Adventure at Your Doorstep
Summer is made for big Northern Arizona adventure days and cool mountain evenings back at the cabin. Step onto a trail from the property, visit the Grand Canyon, explore Flagstaff or Williams, take the kids to Bearizona, wander Route 66, head to Sedona, or enjoy summer fun at Snowbowl.
After the day’s adventure, come back to the deck, mountain air, wildlife, stargazing, and a peaceful cabin that feels far from the crowds but still close to everything you came to see.
Who It’s For
This cabin is a great fit for:
Families who want room to relax, explore, play games, cook meals, and make memories together.
Couples looking for quiet nights, starry skies, slow mornings, and a romantic reset that doesn’t feel fancy or forced.
Outdoor lovers ready to hike, bike, ski, explore, stargaze, and use the cabin as a peaceful home base.
Northern Arizona travelers visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams, Route 66, Bearizona, Snowbowl, Lowell Observatory, and one of the most beautiful regions in the country.
Anyone who needs a reset from busy schedules, noise, screens, and everyday life for a bit.
Bonus Comforts
High-speed Starlink WiFi and smart TV — because sometimes you want wildlife in the morning and a movie at night.
Washer/dryer — especially handy after hiking, snow play, kid adventures, or dusty Grand Canyon days.
Fully stocked kitchen — spices, crock pot, plenty of pots and pans, cookware, mugs, and the basics that make meals easier.
Picnic table and outdoor dining — perfect for meals under the pines when the weather cooperates.
Small one-room mini-cabin with electricity — a rustic bonus space on the property that can be fun during warmer months. It is not counted as a bedroom, and we do not provide bedding for it, but guests are welcome to bring cots, sleeping bags, pillows, or anything else they’d like if they plan to use it.
A Few Final Notes
This is a real cabin in a peaceful forest setting. That’s what makes it special. You may see wildlife, hear the wind in the trees, enjoy incredible stars on clear nights, and feel like you’re much farther from town than you really are. It’s a place to explore all day, exhale all night, and enjoy a slower, quieter version of Northern Arizona.

This cabin was warm, welcoming, and central to all of the best northern AZ sightseeing locations! The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the home was an excellent value! Could not be more pleased.
This has been my 4th/5th time staying here and it has gotten better each time. Great communication from the host, clean home, enjoyed every moment we were here.
The cabin is comfortable and clean, with everything needed for a great stay. My son and I spent a very memorable week here as dad and son. The location is really ideal for many area attractions - Sedona, Flagstaff, nearby trails and wilderness, Route 66, and much more. The area is really beautiful and quiet. The host was great, and answered any questions quickly. Five stars - and we are definitely coming back!
Andy was very responsive and timely with information and instructions. Great setting in the Ponderosa Pines and perfect location for day trips to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona.
We needed a break from the Phoenix heat. This property is exactly as it is presented and we had a great time. Beautiful location among the trees and gorgeous stars at night. Will for sure be coming back.
We love this cabin and location so much. This is our third time staying at the cabin and it won’t be our last. A huge plus is that Andy is very responsive with my questions.
This is a great cabin to escape to and relax. It is located next to a national forest, great for hiking. The location is perfect for day trips to Williams and Flagstaff. The property was clean and very cozy. It had everything we needed during our stay over the New Year's weekend. Directions to the cabin were spot on and check in was very easy. The host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this cabin for a quiet getaway and to be surrounded by nature.

It is a beautiful house in the woods and Andy is an amazing host. It was perfect for my large family to celebrate my sons graduation from NAU.
Extremely easy to check in, host was an email away if needed, cabin was gorgeous, clean, and secluded!
Perfect getaway from it all, and still centrally located. Short drive to Williams and 30 min to Flagstaff.
Absolutely loved our stay!
Perfect cabin to escape to. My two kids (5 & 2) absolutely loved this place. We went to Bearzonia and the deer farm one day, which were fantastic. We got to hike in the woods, sit by the fire and just slow down. We even got to enjoy the first snow of the season!
This is our second time staying at the cabin and our first with snow all around. Andy kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful getaway!
This property is aptly named! It is a slice of heaven! Beautiful peaceful views. Clean and comfortable cabin. Perfect location half way between Williams and Flagstaff. We loved it and plan on booking again!
This had plenty of space for our family of 4!
Outdoors in the evenings we played horseshoes, enjoyed the deck seating, and walked around. Sunsets were amazing. Cool mornings perfect for coffee in the rocking chair.
Great location for our ventures to Williams, Grand Canyon and Snow Bowl. Five hours from our home, but we'll probably be back!
We looked for a property that would be relatively private, clean and reasonably priced. The cabin was spotless, well supplied and well maintained. It was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our daily walks on the trail in the Kaibab National Park next to the property and watching the wildlife from the front porch.
