"Hotel was very nice, staff were great. Pool and "arcade" were a little disappointing. Pool facility is great, but they only open up the waterslides at 5pm when they also sell waterpark passes to the public. Wasn't much for the kids to do without the waterslides or waves so we didn't use the pool as much as we would have. "

"Everything was great apart from the breakfast. The bacon was extremely salty (abnormally salty, not just typical bacon salty) and the selection was limited. However it was still a decent breakfast for the price. I would happily stay again. "

"Room was not the cleanest. Many spots were not looked after - table tops were not wiped and left sticky, outside of toilet was not cleaned (bathroom overall was not cleaned, stains everywhere), and other people’s belongings were left untouched in a few spots (like keycards) - which let us know several areas were not even wiped down at all. The room we stayed at needs a general renovation and/or deep cleaning, please. "

"The room was clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The beds didn’t have comforters on them, just 2 flat sheets and a thin wool blanket sandwiched between. The toilet wasn’t secure and wobbled when we used it. And even though the Firestone restaurant is attached to the building we had to go down and pick up our food even though they've brought it to our room in the last. We’ve eaten at Firestone many times but this meal was terrible! Neither of us finished our food. Overall, not a good experience. We will not likely go back."

"Clean room. Fairly outdated but that’s not a huge issue. Hard beds. The pool area is great but the amount of chlorine made it hard for children to swim without coughing and gagging. Nice staff. A bit strict with rules but that was fine with us as it made it quiet in the halls."
