"Nice breakfast "

"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "

"The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room"

"All was exceptional except for the bugs. Though handsome, the front door does not seal completely, we had crickets and several flying insects."

"The room was Dirty , stains on the sheets. Mold in the restroom. Dust in the crevices, blinds , desk. The toilet has stains was not cleaned . The carpet was filthy. I don’t like to ever give bad reviews but I had to leave. I was not going to put my children in the room. Staff was ok."

"I’ve been staying at that this location for almost 40 years and we never have anything to complain about. It’s always a pleasant stay. Staff was excellent."
