Wonderful Time!
Our family has taken several trips to the Canyons in Park City but this was the first time we decided to stay at the Westgate. We will definitely be going back! If you have kids, this place is fantastic. The pool, hot tubs, and game room are great amenities. Contrary to many of the reviews, getting around the property is not that difficult. The 5th floor is the common connection between buildings. Ski services is on floor 6 and the skiers locker room is on the 4th floor. Drop your ski’s and poles off on the 6th floor when you arrive and you never have to go back. Store your boots, gloves, helmet in the locker room. When you arrive, ask them to call ski services to take your skis and poles to the gondola. By the time you get your boots on and you are out the door, your ski’s will be waiting for you.
The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Housekeeping was very attentive. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware, utensils and flatware.
The owner was very easy to deal with during booking and extremely responsive to all of our questions.
Overall, probably our best trip to the Canyons. Our kids told us we can’t go back to that “other place” across the plaza. Lol. Can’t wait until next year.
