Please note: these are two individual, freestanding homes near each other on Empire Avenue, not one connected residence -- each has its own entry, kitchen, living space, and address. Both are within walking distance of the base of Park City Mountain Resort and Historic Main Street, with plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby.



    PEA-1009 is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, three-level contemporary home spanning 2500 square feet, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and an eat-in dining table set for six with island bar seating for three. The open layout flows into a family room with a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen smart television, opening through folding doors to a deck with views of Old Town Park City, a BBQ, and a private 4-seat hot tub.



    PEA-1114 is a second, separate 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home spanning 2282 square feet, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, located nearby on Empire Avenue with the same walking-distance access to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street.
