This recently updated townhouse has it all! This spacious 2196 sq ft multi-level unit is perfect for two families or a large group - Wood doors and trim, furniture, large gas fireplace, quartz/granite counter tops, heated bathroom floors in master baths, and an amazing great room with vaulted ceiling. This townhouse has two master bedrooms on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms, an enclosed third bedroom with sky lights; The upstairs loft has been enclosed with windows letting in natural light and is used as a quiet fourth bedroom. This property sleeps 8 comfortably (can sleep 9 using twin over double in loft). There is high speed internet with WiFi throughout the townhouse.
After a day of skiing come home and relax in front of the new fireplace or walk 100 steps to enjoy the condo's twin hot tubs, sauna, and pool (Open and very warm throughout the entire ski season! The dressing rooms are heated and carpeted). There is a large, heated garage with space for two cars and additional parking spaces at the unit, yard space for building snowmen, sledding, or playing ball (summer).

Location overview: You can be completely car-free here. Lakeside is located adjacent to the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge parking lot - a one minute walk on a paved and cleared sidewalk from the condo’s front door, where the Deer Valley Resort parking tram stops every few minutes, or take the Deer Valley Direct shuttle from the front door.
We're also just under a mile from Park City's Main Street, very walkable in warmer weather. The free community bus system to Historic Main Street, stores, and surrounding resorts (Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village – now connected via a gondola, and is the largest ski resort in North America) makes everything accessible. These convenient buses run frequently through midnight during ski season.
In the summer months the unit is just a one minute walk to the walking paths surrounding the lake and meadow at Deer Valley's Snow Park base, with easy access to the concert venues and other summer activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and more. Zip lines, alpine slides/coasters, and other attractions are nearby in town and at the Olympic Village.

Enjoy some of the best skiing and hiking in the world, as close to ski-in, ski-out as possible. The unit is literally on the Deer Valley Trail Map. Very convenient to DV, we took multiple trips back and forth to the mountain every day with young kids. Clean, well updated. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay again!
Two families (4 adults, 4 kids) fit very comfortably in this townhouse. Main floor kitchen and bathroom was nicely renovated and we had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners. Door to door shuttle to Deer Valley was great as always. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Half of our group of 8 friends stayed here (the others stayed a few doors down) and could not have been happier. April and Steve are wonderful hosts - they were proactive in sending us lots of information before our arrival, offered an earlier check-in for those of us who arrived before others (after checking with the cleaners to see what was practical, of course) and were very responsive. The condo was clean and well-designed. And the location is terrific. We loved staying in Lakeside -- the private DV shuttle can be summoned via the app and usually arrived within minutes. The community pool and hot tub are right around the corner and very much appreciated for tired legs after a day of skiing. We hope to return next year!
It was great for our visit to Sundance. We had a full house of 8 and it was comfy for all of us! We were busy during Sundance.
It was a somewhat cold in the basement, although there were instructions on how to make this warmer and balance the heating within the house, but we never got around to reading and implementing them so perhaps this is highly solvable.
Further, the shuttle that was free, only went to the base of the Mountain not to Main Street. So for Sundance our uber expenses added up quickly. We were anticipating using the free shuttle and would love to book this spot again next year if there was a way to get this shuttle free (or with a base fee) to Main Street. It would've been a most welcome addition to an amazing stay!
Overall this spot was 10/10! Great amenities. Hot Tub/Sauna were great and close to the house (about a 45 second walk around the corner).
Distance from Main Street was not bad. Easy access to the house via keypad and garage code. Spacious Garage. Big Rooms. Beautiful scenic area. Cozy upstairs with nice fireplace, etc.
The TV was confusing, we wanted to get to the smart TV to access apps like Netflix but there wasn't a smart TV remote just a comcast cable remote, a traditional TV remote, and a sound bar remote. We never did figure out how to access things like Hulu etc.

My family and I stayed at this home which was located in the heart of Deer Valley. It was immaculate and April was easy to work with and very responsive.
Great property, in a great location. Very easy access to town, and the mountain. Two master suites are great. The other two rooms are more geared toward kids which can be exactly what you may be looking for!
This is our second visit to this home. It is extremely clean and wonderful for families. The convenience of the skier shuttle makes traveling from the base with little kids very easy. The property owner/manager is very responsive. We've really enjoyed each of our last two stays. Looking forward to coming back!

Overall experience was great. A couple hiccups but the owner and property manager jumped on it quickly. Overall, very satisfied. Easy access to DV Snowpark and Park City.
This place was great - it came as billed (i.e. was consistent with the pictures and description on VRBO). We were very comfortable in the unit, and could use all the amenities with no issues. Further, this is very close to a shuttle to both the Deer Valley resort and the Park City Main Street, so it is a very convenient spot. We will likely come back!
We stayed in this location years ago when our kids were little so when we found this place to do a quick 4 day ski vacay with them, we were happy. It was perfect for us and our 2 adult kids. Very comfy beds, nice kitchen, lovely view off the deck and easy walking to the DV parking lot or hopping on the shuttle. The snow removal was so efficient during this heavy snowy season (made for great skiing). The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and we even set off the fire alarm with a piece of toast (sorry) and we were contacted immediately to make sure all was ok. We highly recommend it.
Overall, the condo accommodated the entire family. Everything was clean and organized. The only thing that we found as a negative was the heating system overall. It would be really hot on the top floors and very cold in the bedrooms downstairs. Hard to adjust temperature evenly throughout condo. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in the condo.

Nice condo in Deer Valley
We were here with 4 adults and three kids. The two main masters (each with king bed) were downstairs. The other bunk bedroom was on the main level, with another upstairs for the oldest granddaughter. Would have worked better if the two toddlers were on same level as parents, but otherwise was good. Bed was good, air conditioning worked, and main family room was big enough. The deck was also nice sized, but no table to eat at. Only drawback for us was the kitchen is very cramped and impossible for more than one in there. Nice home and it was clean.

Perfect for our summer family getaway!
We spent 5 nights in this great home and wished we could have stayed longer. The location was great. My kids loved the easy access to the pool in the afternoons. We walked to a concert at Deer Valley. We enjoyed the easy drive to Main Street for dinners. The layout of the home is perfect. Two big bdrms downstairs, one room with 2 twins behind the kitchen and the loft with a bunkbed. We were able to spread out and have space during our downtime. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything I need to cook and there were even lots of items in the pantry that kept me from having to buy some ingredients. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings. The attached garage was very helpful for us. All around great place to stay! Hope we get to visit again.

Pool issue
Big disappointment- pool closed for 6 of 7 days. Bad choice by HOA and management company to have Pool apron surfaces redone at this time, since not a necessary repair. They could have it done in September. We had family in several units in this complex and chose it because of pool.
Gorgeous setting, the view out the great room sliding glass doors could not be better! It did not feel as though we had any neighbors, even though this is a townhome. The house is close to Park City and the grocery store. There were 5 of us, plus we had 8 more family members over for dinner, and it easily accommodated us all. The heated bathroom floors were delightful! The fireplace wasn't working when we arrived, and the host jumped right on getting it running. I've never stayed in a home with so many kitchen spices, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware, and literally everything you could possibly need. She responded quickly and efficiently to all my questions before and during our stay and was incredibly accommodating to me. I can't say enough good things about this house!
