Room for Everyone The Grand Master Suite on the third level features a king bed, private balcony, 40-inch HD television, and a spa-worthy en-suite with a jetted soaking tub, stone-and-glass shower, and dual stone-counter sinks. Two additional king suites on the same level each offer a 32-inch HD television and a private bath with tub/shower combination. On the entry level, the bunk room is configured for flexible sleeping with full-over-full bunks, a twin trundle, and a twin bed — sleeping up to six — plus its own private bath. Comfortable luxury!
This home was perfect for our 3 families! Amenities like the pool and hot tub were a big hit! The location was central to everything we had planned, much of it within walking distance. Our only problem was fixed as soon as we contacted management. They were super helpful and friendly. We'd definitely return!
Pros:
Took elevator and condo and walked 50' to lift it was perfect
Ski rentals was incredibly easy and next to the lift (silver start rentals *I think), we got a discount from the rental agency for staying at the condos
Property manager was extremely nice and accommodating of special requests.
pool, fire pit, hot tub were all great!!!
Cons:
The lift next to the house requires you to be able to ski a blue to get home and get out.
Only 1 restaurant in walking distance from the condo .
Property Management couldn't communicate via text. (phone call required, but they always answer)
Great location. Nice biking trails for everyone including a paved pathway for the kiddos. We used the pool everyday. Well maintained pool. We did not use the hot tub at the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The condo furniture and appliances seems at the end of life and could use an update (dining chairs loose and squeaky, the oven was on and hot when we arrived and the knob was broken to turn it off! We never felt safe to use the oven after that. Only the range top which worked fine.) The grill was used once and it was great. Mostly we were out during the day so did not spend much time in the condo. As an aside, there was construction nearby that was really noisy but we are early risers so didn’t bother us too much. Just something to consider with this rental if considering renting soon. Overall this rental fit our needs.

Location is ideal
We had plenty of room for 12 people. The location can’t be beat for convenience to the mountain. The unit itself is very tired and needs a refresh.
The good: Exceptional location and amenities. Walk out the building to the foot of Silver Star lift. FREE community shuttle on demand via a private app was a super convenient way to get in and around town. Lots of space and big beds fit our group of 12 perfectly. Communal outdoor hot tub and heated pool one building over fit the whole group.
The not great: This feels like a high volume rental. Furniture and appliances are worn. We were rationing bath towels and had to re-stock our own toilet paper and dish washer soap half way through the trip. Also, there is not a ski locker at the unit. You’ll have to keep your equipment at a locker up by the lift.
On the whole, minor complaints, this was an AMAZING stay. Would recommend.
Our group of 9 ( 5 adults , 4 older teens) just returned from our stay at Silver Star condo. The Condo was very comfortable and well equipped, and the managers/ concierges were extremely responsive and helpful with details leading up to our arrival. The entire complex is a bit of a maze, so we weren’t really sure the exact location related to the amenities until we arrived. The pool / workout room is very close. The condo is 3 stories, with the lowest level accessing the indoor parking garage. And although the garage is a community garage for many units , it still was reasonably secure requiring codes to enter or use the elevator. The ski locker room isn’t quite as convenient, and is located just past the Silverstar cafe. The Silver Star lift is also very convenient, had it been running during our stay. Unfortunately, and this is not the Owners fault but rather Vail Resorts fault. Vail only opened the lift the day we were leaving. I won’t go into the excuses here. Had the lift been running, it would have been awesome. We were still able to ski in at the end of the day so that was nice. We ended up carrying skis down the road through the adjacent community (10 min each way) and dropping our skis just above the Eagle lift. We would then walk back , get dressed and head out in our ski gear. The community shuttle was easy to use and other than one pick up that took about 45 min, all the others took 2-3 min, so very convenient. We used the shuttle to go downtown several nights. Overall the place was nice, not new, but comfortable, and definitely a place we would stay again.
Great place and good location, unfortunately lift was closed this year
The place was clean and well appointed, a nice hottub and setup. Overall suited our needs well. The property managers were fast to respond to issues with the house. Only downside is that it appears the silverstar lift is closed so far this season, so it's not possible to ski in from the house.
The location is wonderful overlooking the golf course, Silver Start restaurant on the property, close pool access, underground parking, short walk from town and trails. What I wasn't happy with is that the property manager or owner did not inform us that there is major construction right across the street. We were all woke up every morning at 6:30am with loud construction noise. So much for waking up leisurely while on vacation. I would have appreciated a heads up so that we could have made a decision on whether or not the location was worth dealing with the early mornings of construction noise.
For the price, property interior needs a refresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked. The stools in the kitchen island didn't fit under the counter (they were barstools and the island needed counter stools). The ski locker was too far from the condo. Getting in and out of the property with one key and also constantly having to enter a code to use the elevator, etc. was a pain. The location was great and access to the lift with no lines was awesome. The heated underground parking was great too. Very expense considering the quality of the property and I am sure having rented over President's day weekend contributed to teh cost. I'd rent in this location again but not this property.
