Don’t rent through VACASA!!

We’ve stayed the Lodges for over a decade, and this is the first very disappointing stay! If you rent through the VACASA you are not allowed to use any of the Lodges amenities… No skiers breakfast, no cookies at the end of the day, no shuttle to Snow Park Lodge, no gym access! These things are still offered, just not to Vacasa guests. There’s no way we would’ve rented this place if we had known these things beforehand. In addition to this, the property was poorly maintained, including the following issues… Refrigerator Filtered water didn’t work. Clothes washer not hooked to the hot water line. Multiple missing knobs/poles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Shower valves difficult to control to get a warm shower. Both bathtub drains clogged. Poorly stocked with toiletries and they will not replenish supplies shampoo containers, obviously refilled, with broken lids. Kitchen poorly stocked with cooking tools.
