The condo has 1 queen bedroom which does have one open wall to the rest of the living area so may be described as an extra large studio alcove.
It has ENSUITE BATHROOM and a folding screen is provided for the open wall space.
2 sofa sleepers, a queen and a twin, in the living area around the corner from the open wall space allow plenty of relaxation for up to 5 guests.

The entire condo with 1 bedroom,2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer. Silver King has ski lockers on the main level and garage parking. Access to the gym and pool in included!
The front desk is open 24/7 for your check in. My manager is also on call for your needs during your stay.
The Silver King Hotel is right across the street from the Resort Pay Day ski lift. Enjoy being so close to all the resort has to offer including numerous eateries and shops.
Walk to the ski lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort or catch the free electric bus line right in front of the condo building for a short 8 minute ride to Deer Valley.

Upon arrival, If you identify concerns or issues, contact PMI Park City immediately using the contact information provided in your check-in email or the welcome book. For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
