PROPERTY OVERVIEW
A lavish alpine getaway awaits at this spacious 3BR/3BA townhouse, located a mere half-mile from the base of Deer Valley Resort. Highlights include a private hot tub, gourmet kitchen, sleeping loft, and stylish furnishings throughout. Get to the lifts in minutes for fun-filled days on the slopes. Head to Main Street to discover eclectic eateries, boutiques, and entertainment options. The complimentary mountain shuttle stops just 300' from your door.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Find supreme comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, flat-screen TV, and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in the second suite, furnished with a king bed and a 36” flat-screen TV. The en-suite second bathroom is configured with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The third suite is outfitted with another King bed. The en-suite third bathroom -- also accessible via the hallway – features a walk-in shower. The third-floor loft comes equipped with a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed. (The headroom in the upper bunks is limited.)

Unwind into vacation mode on the sleeper sofa and two armchairs in the living area, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings. In the evening, enjoy the warm glow of the wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and watch your favorite shows on the 55” TV with cable. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for two. Gather for mealtime around the dining table for six. This three-story condo sleeps six guests between the three suites and bunk room loft that is accessed from the living area. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the front porch, furnished with two cushioned armchairs. In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill on the back porch. Your private outdoor hot tub is ideal for aprés ski relaxation
