This luxury three level, four bedroom plus den home (sleeping up to 12) boasts a breathtaking two story living room and windows providing natural light and incredible views of the mountains. Multiple balconies provide year round outdoor enjoyment aided by southern exposure and a private hot tub.
Conveniently located on the clubhouse level the home enjoys optimal access to all property amenities including clubhouse and pool, and optimal ski access, ski bridge connecting the Sunrise chair and Red Pine Gondola via the private slope going right past the front door (just ski up to the front door and enjoy your private ski changing and storage room complete with boot dryers). Always a plus, the access is ideal for the current COVID era, just ski right in and enjoy lunch in your luxury kitchen or sun filled balcony.
The home fuses modern architecture and sophisticated alpine charm, offering a clean, elegant backdrop to stunning views. Enter from the slopeside front door with adjoining ski room -- providing plenty of room for gear, as well as boot dryers -- or from the private two car garage.
The heart of the living space is two story open floor plan living area with fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular mountain views. Chef's kitchen features luxury appliances and is fully equipped for to enable a great evening with family and friends. Living room features a soaring fireplace with comfortable seating and large screen TV. Dining area has an ideal with view of the fireplace as well as the setting sun.
Outdoor space is abundant with decks on all three levels. The main balcony is south facing for for enjoying afternoon sun with plenty of seating and gas grill. Lower deck is where you will find the private hot tub, while the master bedroom features a balcony of its own with lounge chairs.
The master bedroom suite occupies the third floor and is complete with fireplace, private balcony, king bed, oversized bathroom, luxury shower, deep soaking tub, walk in closet, as well as a second washer/dryer.
The second bedroom has two queens and ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom has kind and ensuite bathroom.
Fourth bedroom has two singles/twins. Adjoining such is the den which has sleep sofa, fireplace, and minibar and can be used as a 5th bedroom if desired. Both bedroom and den have direct balcony access.

Property is first class. Very spacious all the best appliances and washer dryer etc. great common facilities pool hot tub game room workout room plenty of parking available. TV in LR was really problematic so had to have fixed 3 times other than that no complaints. Easy access to town on shuttle. Would do again.
Had a wonderful time. Great location. Property was clean and very comfortable. Very flexible management. Had a wonderful stay. We will stay here again!
Beautiful property. Perfect location for views. Beds extremely comfortable! Clubhouse kept grandchildren entertained for hours. Hiking, golfing, etc. right out of property. Would definitely stay here with family again. Top of the line accommodations!!
This town home is lovely -- large, modern and new. Beautiful high end kitchen, and great gas BBQ. It comprised three levels with spacious bedrooms on each. The pictures actually didn't do it justice because the main terrace looked compact, whereas, it turned out to be expansive and one of three. The mountain views are fabulous. We (especially the kids) appreciated the very nice communal pool and clubhouse. Our 2 SUVs fit in the unit's dedicated garage and adjacent parking space in the basement car park. Our communication with the management team was seamless and professional. All in all, a terrific property. Can't say enough good things.
Would stay here again!! Loved all the amenities and supplies and laundry in multiple levels. Spacious and convenient! Beautiful view to relax in the evenings with.
We stayed at Apex with some close friends/neighbors. In total, it was for kids ranging in age from 3 to 10, 4 adults. Overall, this is a very nice and extremely convenient property, particularly for the ski in ski out situation. We originally were supposed to have a third family join us but due to work and other commitments they were unable to come. I do think this ended up being a plus as the home’s size, layout and sleeping arrangements are much more conducive to a party of eight (esp with kids) than something larger IMHO. In addition to the beautiful views, great clubhouse amenities, phenomenal ski in ski out access, convenient ski equipment storage/prep room, great room, a few little things that could be slightly improved:
1) The kitchen sink faucet has a strange tendency to not always fully shut off in the closed position and a few times we noticed it actually turned back on unless you turn the knob in a particular way to keep it off. No big deal but something that should be addressed. Disposal motor seemed a little bit weak for the size of the sink as well.
2) we noticed that the dishwasher did not do a particularly great job of washing dishes, looks like a newer model but perhaps something going on with the water pressure or similar. Again, we didn’t cook a whole hell of a lot but at this price point, some gas may find it annoying.
3) The non-owners suite full bathrooms lack dedicated towel hooks or racks.
4) bedroom adjacent to the ski storage / mud room would be slightly more functional with a queen bed versus the king one as accessing the closet is difficult because the doors come very close to touching the nightstand.
5) TVs took a little finagling to work…some specific directions would be helpful.
Overall, we had a great time and would likely rent the unit again if we had a similarly sized group.
Spent a long holiday weekend here with family of 10. The property is beautiful, and was very comfortable for all of us. The view was amazing. Instead of making our way to Park City, or other restaurants, for meals we decided to stay in and cook so we could enjoy the property. The location is walking distance to Canyons Village area. Will stay again.
