Great location with easy access for skiing
Steps away from ski lifts, rentals, restaurants and shops. Comfortable unit. Could use a few more mugs and utensils, but overall a good clean place to stay for a ski weekend.

Great location…not so great condo
Very easy access to lifts, loved the location. That was about as good as it got, garbage disposal was broken and had food in it from previous tenants…you can imagine it smelled awful. Most of the light bulbs above kitchen were out, beds were very uncomfortable, blinds to cover sliding glass door were mostly all broken. Codes to get in all the doors was a wreck, 5 codes 3 worked it took 30 minutes to get into the unit that evening. I don’t think we will every stay at this one again.

Close to skiing but dated!
Very dated unit/complex, all kinds of cables exposed, a bit crowded for 3, 3 different long combos reqd to get from main door into unit. It was clean & w/in 1 minute walk to Lifts. Even with closeness to lifts, not sure we'd stay there again.

Great Trip
The Check in process is very lengthy and I think that listing the pass codes for each of the separate doors in bullet point form might be a little bit less confusing. But once we were in we had a great trip. The condo was very clean, plenty of blankets, easy kitchen set up for cooking versus eating out, easy access to skiing & other dinning options. Back sliding door handle is broken & inaccessible patio though we were skiing so didn’t need the patio.

Needs mucho investment to justify charging triple digits
You don't get much value with this property. All the furnishings are about as low end as you could find. Things like blinds don't turn and the tile grout is perpetually black around the kitchenette... definitely don't feel like quality. The furniture is not comfortable. The upstairs window cannot be reached. I would not rent this place again.

Very clean place, but a little dated. TV was big and nice for movies. We cooked a lot in the small kitchen and it had what we needed. Beds were very comfortable.

Miserable. NO AC!
If you plan on using your rental as a sauna you'll love it. Otherwise plan on not being able to use it until after midnight and having to scream your conversations back fourth to your friends over the 4-5 box fans needed to bring it below 100°. Also absolutely no assistance or attention, other than half-assed insincere apologies with no action, will be offered by the host or VRBO. Luckily they don't vacuum so we could confirm there weren't bed bugs, because the overall cleanliness would suggest that menace would be present, then again maybe the heat got them. DO NOT STAY HERE IN SUMMER UNTIL THEY ADD AC! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY, YOU CANNOT BE IN THE ROOM UNTIL 3-4 HOURS AFTER DARK WITH ALL THE WINDOWS OPEN AND FANS ON HIGH.

Great location, you get what you pay for!
The location of this property was perfect! The shuttle to downtown is right outside. Many great shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment was cute. The reason I have given a low rating overall is for many reasons. The listing does not mention that there is no air conditioning but had a ceiling fan downstairs and a mobile fan upstairs, it was very hot during the day but did cool off in the evening. The floors did not seem that they had been cleaned. Our feet and socks were pretty much black after walking around. In fact, I found a piece of glass on the floor. There were full beer cans left from previous guests outside the patio. How could I trust that the bedding and linens were clean. There were missing blinds and the screen door was off track. I would also suggest providing more clear directions to the room. The codes to the buildings and the rooms were very lengthy. Be sure to write them down, put them in your phone, or memorize them. We could not find the pool or which pool we had access to. We went to the wrong property (which was south of the room). Make sure you go just South West to find the pool. Previous reviews were right, it was very difficult locating these. The communication with the property was not the best. I was provided with short answers and never did receive an answer for initial questions. I will suggest producing a booklet of some kind that has instructions, details of the property, and suggestions, to place in the room for your guests upon arrival. This will help ease the concerns after a very confusing arrival through the property.

Mostly a Nice Stay. Cleanliness was an Issue
I was a bit dissapointed in the cleanliness of the room. The garbage from the previous guest had not been removed, the ceiling fan was very dusty and the sheets on the pull out were not clean. I would also recommend that you provide a note for guests in the room regarding any check in or check out information they need. People get used to that info when they book through VRBO. When there is nothing there, it seems odd and then you force the guest to find your number and call.

Great location. No communication from prop mgr
This rental is located at Park City Mountain Resort. You can walk onto the lift practically right out the door. Finding the condo took a bit of work, since there is no check-in. They should say go up the stairs next to Cole's Sporting Goods & the main door will be right there. We really enjoyed it, except for the lack of communication from the property managers. If you have a problem, you may want to look elsewhere for a rental. The first night we arrived, a woman from the property management company came by about an hour after we got there to "make sure everything was ok." At that time, it was. We thought that was great. When we left for dinner that night, we noticed that the lock on our door (keypad lock) wasn't locking. I called the property manager 800 number right away and spoke to an operator who opened a ticket to get it fixed. No one EVER called, texted, or emailed me. Luckily we figured out how to fix it ourselves. The next morning after showers we went to use the hairdryer that is mounted on the wall (typical hotel style) and there was something broken inside of it hitting the fan once it was turned on. This was definitely not going to work. We even unplugged it, as a safety precaution. I called again to let them know about the hairdryer and ask for a new one, since we didn't pack one because it was listed that there was one in the unit. At that time, I asked another operator why no one contacted me about the lock. She did not have an answer. The day before we checked out (in the morning), I called a third time, since no one had contacted me on the lock or the hairdryer. The third operator I spoke with said someone stopped by and checked the lock at a previous time & it was working, so that was that, according to them. She asked if we still needed a hairdryer and I said yes. While we were out, a new one was dropped off. In sharing this story, I hope the property managers understand that although they addressed one of the issues, they still need to communicate with the customer. Not once did I receive any call, text or email from them on our issues. It has 1 queen, 1 twin & a full pull out. I can't remember if it lists "sleeps 6", but it would really only be 5, if you had all adults.

Good Location - Needs updating
We arrived late at night and had no problems getting into the property, though the amount of codes to remember to get into building and into condo is kind of crazy! Once in the unit, found it had not been cleaned well. Bathroom was dirty, sheets had hairs on them. So at midnight, I removed all the sheets and found a couple we shared between the three beds (including pull out). First thing in am, reached out and asked to have them bring clean sheets as well as clean the bathroom. After three calls finally got clean sheets about 6pm at night, I cleaned the condo myself. I should also note the flooring while good for ski boots, is cold and gritty feeling. Only a bad vacuum and no broom, to allow general sweeping up. Once we got past all those issues - the location is ideal for skiing. We never found ski lockers but found it convenient to keep the skis right outside in the hallway. That said, the set-up of these units is really odd. There is a shared hallway with another room that is just a queen with bathroom. We could clearly hear neighbors having arguments/discussions which was rather uncomfortable. I'm sure they heard our family making a lot of noise as we got ready each morning early to go ski. Overall the building is old and the entire place needs an update desperately. For the amount of money spent on this rental, compared to places we've stayed in other ski towns (telluride, vail, breck, etc.) it seemed very pricey for what you get. The pool is decent, but you have to go outside across the skate rink area to get to the pool. Which we did do and enjoyed, but brrrrrr. This property does not appear to be individually owned but by VASCO property company. They were nice and tried to help us out. All in all we would not want to come back to this property.
