Great location, basic unit
Pros:
Great location, 10 minute walk up to the base.
Lots of sleeping space.
Very responsive and helpful property management.
Cons:
Small kitchen with ZERO pantry storage space. Owners should divide up the locked pantry to give guests some place to put groceries. Or at least shelves above the fridge.
Very cheap and basic kitchen utensils- Dollar Store quality. Could use a pizza wheel cutter and better knife set. Also a small supply of aluminum foil for cooking without making a mess and Saran Wrap or ziplocks for storage would be nice and minimize mess. Of course, we could’ve purchased ourselves, but forgot. That being said, we managed to prepare and cook all of our meals.
Common area pool and hot tubs- they don’t allow alcohol! 😭 That beer in the hot tub was sorely missed! Also, very crowded at peak times.
Small supply of provided soap and shampoo. Property management provided more upon request.
Poor interior lighting. Need an overhead light in main room. A ceiling fan in the main room could also help with temp regulation as the loft area gets warm with the thermostat being downstairs.
The upstairs rooms are lofted and open to downstairs. Not great for those wishing to sleep while others are up.
Not very good access to plugs for charging devices, particularly in main room.
