We had an amazing time staying at this condo! We skied five days at Park City and some of our friends also skied Deer Valley. The bus is literally right outside for both resorts and there is a massive community hot tub 1 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this condo and stay here again in the future. One note- the sign on the entry stairs doesn’t include this unit number, but the unit is in fact upstairs.
My family of 5 including myself and my wife, and 3 teenagers found the unit to be perfect in size. Each kid had their own bed, and the master bedroom and bathroom were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and overall everything was clean. The living area had plenty of seating and the fireplace was easy to operate. The only thing that was not a 5 was the kitchen. Some of the pots and pans are well used and some supplies like aluminum foil were not available that we have had at other units. Regardless, we would come back. This is the second unit we have rented from the same owner and the communications has always been top shelf.

Not What I Expected
Prior to my family arriving I was able to look at this location, building and space in person. I was very disappointed. First, please do not call this a penthouse…that is extremely deceitful. In truth, it’s a small, dark apartment on the top floor. The building itself is outdated, the hallways are very dark, the hall carpets are worn and the building smells musty. In addition, prior to check-in I was told the water would be off in the building due to a water leak…supposedly would only be off for 2 hours, which, with a baby is totally unacceptable. Needless to say, I scrambled and was able to find a beautiful home which my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. Next, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and really not within walking distance to restaurants. In closing, I truly feel the advertisement for this apartment is extremely deceptive. I would not recommend this apartment.
Hosts were very attentive. The rental location was great with a bus stop right out front. The dishwasher was broken, there was a lot of noise in the building, and the ventilation in the unit was stuffy.
We had a great ski vacation! This unit is perfectly located with easy access to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The bus stop is right outside the door and good restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you could need and the space was spacious and comfortable. The beds were also very cozy.
We loved the penthouse and the amenities at the hotel, like the gym next door and the hot tub. The hosts were very helpful, quick communicators, and easy to work with. We will be back!
Disgusting DIRTY beds with food crumbs, hair, blood and yellow stains
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DIRTY place.
The bunk beds had granola and food crumbs on it and even an empty SODA bottle under the sheets. The queen and king beds had comforters with curly hair all over it as well as blood stains and other yellowish stains. We got in late as we had a late pm flight and had to deal with dirty sheets and pillows at midnight. The drier was also full of wet towels. We contacted the host and they said their “quality assurance manager” verified that the sheets were clean. Right…. But they would send out the owner of the housekeeping company to redo the beds. This guy came the next morning as we were leaving to go skiing. He ended up just remaking the beds with the exact same dirty, stained comforters but just sandwiched them between new flat sheets, so not even contained with a duvet cover. The blood stained comforter was still on the bed. I reported this to the host and all they were concerned about was the “leak in the tub” and requested that we not use the tub until workers came to fix it (while we were here on our paid time). They thought it would be ok for some random dude to come into the home while we were skiing to fix the tub. No thanks! For $1300+/night including “cleaning fees”, I expected at least clean sheets! We take many trips per year and this is by far the WORST place we’ve ever stayed in. Dealing with dirty sheets at 1AM is not how to start off a ski holiday.
