Located in the heart of Park City Mountain Village, this Lowell Condo offers premier accommodations for up to 5. This property of perfect for two couples or a family who want to be close to it all.

In the winter, guests can ski-in/ski-out from the base of Park City Mountain and in summer, access hundreds of trails right from your door by biking or hiking. This property is less than a minute walk to the complimentary town shuttle system allowing access to all Park City has to offer.

This gorgeous condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large main bedroom has a lush king bed with en suite bath. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed plus sleeper sofa, and a bathroom across the hall.

The gourmet chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and it is open to the comfortable living and dining area. The hardwood floors, flat screen TV, electronic living room shades, cozy gas fireplace, and views create a relaxing environment to spend time and make memories. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3.

After the day exploring, take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub on the pool deck. There's also a fitness center for guests to enjoy. Complimentary fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer in property, garage parking. Premier rating.

Excellent slopeside stay

The property was perfect and the location was amazing. Being a two minute walk from the lift was incredible. It was very easy to get into and out of. The bed pillows were fine but it would have been nice to have some variety to find something a little closer to our preference and the pillows in the living room were all down feather and somewhat pokey. We would 100% stay here again!

MLK 2024 PC trip

The property condition was as advertised and was very nice. Was there with my wife and 3 kids and had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The 3 kids fit just fine in the second bedroom with the fold out sofabed. The location for PC mountain base could not have been any better. Was so close to the lifts and ski school. Would definitely want to stay here again for that convenience. Lots of apres ski options right outside the door.

Wonderful winter getaway!

Condo location can’t be beat. Super clean, well stocked and received daily cleaning service which I wasn’t expecting. Lots of space for our family of 4. Made our ski trip nice and easy!

Great location for skiing

Nice property. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfort. The location was great for walking to lifts (2 minutes). The lifts you could access could be accessed by blue runs or the easiest green runs on the mountain. A few decent restaurants within feet of the front door. I was worried about the noise level because the condo is located “in the middle of it all,” but it was relatively quiet. We could hear the people upstairs now and again, but it wasn’t bad. We had the hot tub to ourselves after a day of skiing. We very much enjoyed this rental.

Easy in and out

Easy in and out of the builder to access both payday and crescent lifts as well as the town bus. Rental shop in building was very convenient too. Made the experience very low maintenance.
