Black Bear Lodge is located mid-mountain, in the heart of Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village - an easy walk to the Silver Lake Deer Valley ski lifts. This luxury condo has been remodeled and professionally decorated, and offers 1,300 square feet of space to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Also offers easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. Combine this property with unit B providing even more space and penthouse accommodations for up to 22 guests!

This one-level, loft luxury condo has been remodeled and professionally decorated to include all the amenities you expect from resort-style lodging. It offers 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can easily sleep up 10 guests. If you desire additional space and accommodations, this property can be combined with Black Bear 408B to includes space and accommodations for up to 22 guests.

Upon entering this wonderful property, you will step right into main living area and great room holding living room, kitchen and dining areas, all with gorgeous hardwood flooring.

Living Room: Enjoy plenty of mountain contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace with a soaring stone front, a 55” 4K UHD Samsung Smart TV with Apple TV and Blu-Ray streaming services and devices. You will also enjoy lots of views and natural light from the many windows.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen space featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, including double ovens. There's seating for four at the convenient kitchen bar with granite countertops.

Dining Room: Seating for up to four diners, and additional available seating at the kitchen bar.

Nice place. It's adequate. The hallway to the units is outdoors and while covered, it is open to the elements. If it is snowing, it will be covered in snow. Everything works and the location is amazing. The rental management team is really good and helpful. We would stay there again.

Great location.

The location was great. Deer Valley offers free ski storage, and it's a 300 yard walk from the front door of the lobby to your skis. Unit was nice -- not overly fancy, just right for a ski trip. Very clean and the kitchen was great.

Great Summer Geyaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great — easy walk to Deer Valley and quick drive down to Park City. The unit is well decorated and really comfortable. A/C is also a real plus and management co is great.
