Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat! Nestled in the heart of Park City on Park Avenue, our beautifully appointed condominium is just moments from world-class outdoor adventures. Explore Park City Mountain Resort, whether you're skiing, zip lining, hiking, or biking. When you're done on the mountain, authentic dining and historic downtown await you. Allow the arts and culture of this historic location inspire you to new heights. Let us be your home base at the heart of your adventure.

The kitchen is stocked with necessary items for cooking, and eating.

The city shuttle is free to use and is within short walking distance - it runs every 15 minutes. Also within short walking distance is walking/biking trails, the city library, grocery store, playground, pavilions, skate park, tennis, volleyball, baseball, basketball, soccer, etc.

There is free limited onsite parking.

Uber/Lyft are very active in the area.

The Hot Tub and Sauna are free to use with respect to other members. We ask that members shower before using the Hot Tub so that we can keep everything clean and enjoyable for everyone.

No AC, host did not address the issue

The property is advertised to have air conditioning. When we arrived, the condo was 78 degrees and it was not working. We messaged the host and was told that someone would be coming out to look at it several days after we checked out, and the host suggested we “crack a window” as a solution.We were only staying 2 nights, and by the time we realized no solution would be occuring, we only had about a day left on our stay. The condo ranged from 76-80 degrees even at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The condo itself was fine, but the lack of AC made it unbearable. Outside of the suggestion to "crack the window", the host did not do anything to resolve the issue.
