Awesome Place

Property is beautiful - just off main street - walkable to everything. Hosts are gracious and welcoming. So many thoughtful touches that made our stay cozy and fun. Would come again over and over.

Very nice place

Location was just above Main Street and we were able to walk to everything which was perfect. The house was clean and the responses from the owner were very helpful. We had a family of five and the space was sufficient, but for four people it would be perfect.

The place was amazing! Wish I had more time to enjoy the nice kitchen; was so well stocked with everything, including a Wolf Range. Short walk to downtown so easily to get to coffee, shops, town lift, etc. Will absolutely stay her again!

Awesome location, fantastic accommodations and excellent hosts.

The condo is beautiful and has more amenities and little touches that made us feel at home, much more than we had expected. Kollin and Kurt could not have been better hosts. I’d recommend to anyone and we’d would certainly rent again.

Park City paradise

We had the best experience at this property! It was the perfect location, walking distance to Main Street and shuttles. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful, quick to respond and beyond nice. We would stay here again for sure!

Loved everything about this property! Owner was very responsive and informative. A close walk to Main Street and the free trolley stops right down the street which drops right at the ski lift. No need for a car when staying here. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Park City Stay

We absolutely loved this property - the location can’t be beat for proximity to PCMR during the day and eating on Main Street in the evenings. Perfect amount of space for our family of four. Great layout, cozy feel, super comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen in terms of plates/cups/cooking supplies, etc. Communication with Kurt and Kollin was easy; they were very responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely stay! Best Ski Trip!

Beautiful clean home perfect for our family. Great location central to everything- easy access to Deer Valley Resort or Park City Mountain Resort & short walk to Main St. Kurt and Kollin were super responsive and helpful! A ton of snow during our trip so we appreciated the updates. Definitely looking forward to being back. Thank you!

Great place--Great location!

This is the perfect condo for walking into town and access to shuttles. The layout is great and all amenities are high end. Driving up the hill could be challenging but since we had Spring conditions and clear roads, we came and went with ease. The owners, Kurt and daughter Katie, are very attentive and helpful. We will definitely go back next time we are in PC.

Great location, beautiful home.

We stayed for a spring break ski trip. This is a well appointed home with quality bedding and kitchen supplies. Everything is high end. It is very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend staying here!! We did drive and pay for parking when we went skiing as we prefer skiing on the Canyons side and the shuttle is .2 miles on an incline. Overall this place is wonderful. The owner is extremely responsive and friendly. I hope to stay again!

Great location for a winter stay

We checked in with our family (two young boys) and our dog and had a great stay. A primary bedroom upstairs with 2 bedrooms for the kids and a jack and Jill bath. Nice sized rooms and a cute little downstairs / kitchen / cozy spot to play games and watch movies. Amazing location to walk to town pre-ski in the morning for coffee and breakfast and perfect to walk to dinners / apres ski in the evenings. Kurt was super communicative and even found some lost AirPods and got them back to us back home. Highly recommend for a family stay in PC.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This house was great and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to go to Park City. The location is right at the top of main street so everything is an easy walk. The house is well kept with nice high-end finishes...all of which are very accurately portrayed in the pictures. Kurt and Deon were extremely nice and tremendously helpful throughout our stay. My only complaint, and it is minor, would be that the living room area could use a coffee table.

Lovely family home

The home was immaculate and beautiful. The interior was model home quality. We enjoyed the fenced deck at the back of the property--didn't have to worry about children wandering off. The three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths was comfortable for our group of 4 adults and two children. The property was a quick walk down to the free trolley that takes you around town and a short drive to Olympic Village. Kurt, the owner, was helpful and the clean up when we left was very simple. We enjoyed our stay at this home.

Fabulous find with great owners

My wife and I and our 2 dogs could not be any happier as we enter week 4 of our 5 week stay. The location, the amenities, the appliances and furnishing are first class. Kurt and Deon go out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. It is so special to walk out your front door and turn right-----and then within a few minute walk, you are in the heart of the historic district.......everything is there. To the previous reviewers, the ottoman is in and looks great and is functional. Thanks to Kurt and Deon for all that you have done to make this experience special........and we have already booked again next summer for 5 weeks...can't wait.

Perfection in Park City!

My family and I traveled to Park City for Christmas 2018. From my first inquiry to our checkout, Kurt and his home were phenomenal. Kurt was quick to respond to ALL my questions. He helped us secure the duplex next door since we had a large group and wouldn't all fit in his home. He provided pack and plays and a high chair complete with kid dishes and linens for the babies on this trip. He even helped provide guidance on skiing, ski rentals, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. His home is lovely! The kitchen is a dream and provided a great back drop for our family to prepare Christmas dinner. Ample seating, high end washer and dryer, automatic fireplace, and easy access to a snow covered backyard were great perks! His home is located at the top of Main Street so we were in the more "quiet" section which was great for sleeping but perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and shops! Honestly the location couldn't be more perfect! Book this home now, you will not be disappointed! :)

Great Family Ski Trip

A Great house in a great location makes for a great trip. My family (of 5) and I came to Park City - our first time coming to the area - for a pre-Christmas ski vacation and Kurt's place couldn't have been more convenient for us. Everything was as advertised. The home is a few steps away from the free Main Street trolley that shuttles you to the Town Lift at the other end of Main - which we found to be a much better option than driving and parking at the mountain. Super-convenient to all the restaurants and shops in Park City's Old Town area. The house has everything one could want and was very comfortable for us. And Kurt and his family are very attentive and accommodating. It is not surprising why this property has such high ratings. I feel very lucky to have stumbled onto this place as we were also considering staying slopeside. If you are only there to ski, then I am sure that would be a fine option. But Old Town is a quaint area that has much to offer and should not be missed. As with most other resort towns, the food and entertainment is not cheap. But Kurt's house is a good value, especially considering the location. And although we had a rental car, you really could get away without one if you intended to stay in the downtown area. We can't wait to come back to Park City again soon!

Highly Recommend - GREAT LOCATION AND HOST

Our recent stay in Park City, UT, was nothing short of exceptional. The home was a perfect blend of comfort, class and convenience, providing an ideal base for our family's mountain getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the home's proximity to nature. With a hiking trail right out the back door, we enjoyed easy access to stunning mountain vistas and fresh air. We spent countless hours exploring the surrounding trails, discovering hidden gems and breathing in the crisp mountain air. In addition to the incredible outdoor opportunities, the home's location was also a major plus. Being just a short walk from downtown Park City, we had easy access to the town's vibrant shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, our experience staying in this home in Park City was truly memorable. The combination of natural beauty, convenience, and comfort made it the perfect place for our family vacation. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in the mountains.

Beautiful home, great location and friendly, attentive and accommodating hosts. Worth flagging that the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to multiple different sizes of zip loc bags. We were very sad to leave and hope to stay here again in the future.
