Kitchen and Living Room Renovated in Dec 2021- Great Location for your ski vacation.
Location, Location, Location! This is one of the best features to our warm and cozy townhome. You will be staying right on the free bus route where you will be at the base of Deer Valley Resort in 3 minutes. You can also walk to Main Street in just 5 minutes. This three level home allows you to spread out and enjoy your stay.
Three bedrooms and a living room make it very comfortable for 6 to 8 guests.
All new bathrooms completely renovated Nov 2020. The Kitchen and Living Room were renovated in Dec 2021 - all new!
On the main level, enjoy a warm living room with a wood burning fireplace and dining island with 6 seats. The kitchen is very open with an island that allows you to cook and visit with your guests.
We truly enjoy our time at our vacation home and are happy to open up the Gambler to you for your stay.

This was a wonderful property within walking distance to historic Park City and right on the free bus line. Clean, spacious and great parking. The owner was very responsive to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.
The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a relaxed feel after a day of skiing. Parking your car/SUV is super easy, right under the units. Truly a 5-minute walk to the middle of Main Street. If there is no car, there is a bus stop right across the street, or a 3-minute walk to the transit center. The hot tub was good, right out the front door, and there were plenty of towels. My group would rent again.
Great experience with the host. The property was updated, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We would be happy to stay there again in the future.

The location of the property was great, short walking distance to Main Street. We rented a vehicle and it snowed heavily for four days while there so, the underground parking was phenomenal. The middle loft area is not a private bedroom but worked for my teen. Overall our stay was great and would definitely book again!
Wow! What a spectacular home and an absolutely perfect location if you’re going to be skiing Deer Valley - directly across the street from a shuttle stop. The shuttle stop for Main Street is just outside on the same side of the street. Could not have been more convenient!The property is very well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and abundant towels, and everything you need for cooking at home. The owners were super responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
If you're looking for an amazing house to stay with friends or family, this is it. Very clean and comfortably fit all 6 ppl on our stay. The host, Donald, is always available and communicative to make sure you have a great stay. This is conveniently located on Deer Valley Drive, where you can take a quick 5min walk to Main street or town lift and has a bus stop right outside in case you decide a lift is better to carry any gear. I would recommend this spot for anyone who wants a great park city/deer valley experience.
Nice condo within 10 minute walk to the Town Lift. Bus stop right in front of building for the free Park City bus too. Updated kitchen with all the appliances and everything we needed for our stay. Slept 5 of us nicely for a ski trip with each bedroom/sleeping area having a bathroom with shower. Quiet location with only 8 units in the building and a shared hot tub.
Having three floors allowed everyone to have their personal space. Master bedroom is open to living room however. Kitchen has a large island for group meals. Walk to Town Lift was 5-10 minutes. Bus stop is right out front for riding over to Deer Valley. Lots of closets.
Our stay was 5 stars, the apartment is very well located, 10 minutes walk from the town, equipped and clean. The only detail to keep in mind is that the garage is small and does not fit all kind of trucks. Apart from that I highly recommend it.
Five midwest friends in their 60's out to ski Park City Resort
We were pleased with the property; it worked well for the 5 of us for our 5 nights/4 days trip to Park City. The location was EXCELLENT with a 5 minute walk to Park City Main Street and a bus stop right out front. Very convenient option to get to the base of the resort and the lifts. The kitchen has a very large stone topped center island that would work well for making meals; however we ate out most all nights with the great choice of restaurants downtown. And the family room is very nice with seating for the 5 of us.The place was pretty much as advertised except it should have listed that 1 of the bedrooms is not private at all (it's 2 twin beds in an open area on the 2nd floor) and the master has a balcony(?) overlooking the family room. For the 5 of us guys, it wasn't an issue - but could be if couples were to rent the place.
The property has a great location. Very clean and nicely kept. Plenty of space for seven women going on a girls weekend. The only things that I would say is that we didn’t realize that 2 of the bedrooms weren’t completely private. One is more of a living space made into a bedroom with two twin beds in it and the other does have a door but it is still open to below inside the bedroom. So the only completely private bedroom is on the 3rd floor and it kind of warm up there. It didn’t affect a bunch of women but if it was couples staying, you might want to be aware of that. Also the backyard patio furniture could use a little help, but still worked out.

For our annual ski trip we booked this property and it worked great for us. Plenty of beds and a great kitchen space to eat and gather. The property is very close to old town Park City and there is a bus stop right to outside. Overall it was a great place for oour ski weekend!

The property was recently renovated and is super close to Main Street and the bars. It’s a quick walk to the bus station off main (there’s actually a bus stop right in front of the house that takes you to the main village in park city) and deer valley! Highly recommend!
The home is in a great location, about a 10 min walk to Main Street. As others have said, only one bedroom was actually private. Not a huge deal for us but could be a problem depending on who is staying there. The garage parking was a big plus!
This property was great for our family of 6 adults and 1 baby. There was plenty of space for all of us. Bonus to have a washer/dryer in the condo. It was close to Main Street and skiing. There is a free bus right outside the door but if you want to walk, it’s not far at all. It was nice there was a garage for our rented car. Communication with the owner was top notch. He responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning.
Our family of four (2 adult children) had a great experience at The Gambler condo! The unit is very spacious (3 floors) and along with the three bedrooms, there are 3.5 bathrooms. It is extremely convenient to a bus stop (just outside the door) and within easy walking distance to the bus depot and the historic downtown area. Although we shuttled from/to the airport, there is a very spacious underground garage. The owner was easy to reach and was very helpful I’n meeting every need and expectation. All in all, we had a great time!

It is not three bedrooms, it is two bedrooms. It has two twin beds in an open middle area on the second floor. Back door would not open amd this place has no a/c, it was hot not to mention we had no rear exot in case of fire, was told maintenance man would come help three days in a row, no show. This place may be great for winter but not summer.
We enjoyed the location as we skied both Park City and Deer Valley. The free bus is great and once we figured out the bus routes, we easily traveled to the town lift, park city base and deer valley without having to worry about parking. It’s easy to walk downtown from the condo as well, as long as you have good winter boots! Great for our group, 3 bedrooms located on the second and third floors. One of the rooms was not completely private as you need to walk through it to get to the third floor bedroom. The private room on the second floor has a loft that is open to the ground floor which means sleeping in would be difficult if others are awake and talking downstairs. It wasn’t a huge issue for us as most of us were awake early.
