Family X-mas getaway

The property was perfect for our family to spend some much needed quality time together. Access to the hill was close and the hot tub was a great way to end each day. The house was beauitful and well appointed. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Great location!

Long weekend ski trip with our 20 something kids and girlfriend. Lots of room for the 5 of us. Great location with easy walks into town for shopping and dining. Property was clean and well stocked for cooking in. So easy to check in and communicate with hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at this property! This is a very clean and nice house with everything you need. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, a nice garage for ski/snowboard gear and a short walk to the town lift make this house a winner. Thanks for sharing your home with our group!

Beautiful home and perfect location

We were very impressed with this home. It was clean, comfortable and super convenient to Main Street and the town lift. We didn’t use our car once other than to go to the grocery store. I would stay here every time we visit Park City. The owners were nice and we felt like we had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were more comfortable than my own bed. Everything was excellent. Thank you so much!

Nice house, close to town

This is a nice house. It is a short walk into town. Check-in was easy. The house was clean. It would be nice if they had some propane for the grill. Overall good experience.

Great house near Town Lift

Very comfortable home with a great location. All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which gives privacy to all guests. The garage is roomy for all of our gear and when the snow is coming down, it is great to have the heated driveway.

Beautiful House in Fantastic Location

We stayed at this property for a week of fabulous skiing in February. The location is perfect to walk to the Town Lift for a day on the slopes! We also walked to town for shopping and restaurants nearly every day. The house itself has lots of space and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. The hot tub was lovely to soak after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Ski Trip with Family

Checkin was easy, after a long trip from east coast to that altitude the rooms, beds were super comfy. Even though outside was cold (7 degrees at times) inside is warm and toasty. Kitchen has what you need to make meals all week, have dinner as and play games as a family. A short walk to slope access and town lift. Everything is as advertised and super clean. I personally would love a bit of a sectional or more seating to fit 6 comfortably in the living room for a movie but we were so busy with all the local activities we didn’t miss that. Highly recommend this location and property.

Cute little house

Cute little house as advertised with easy check in and responsive management. Two small pieces of feedback: the shower in the primary bedroom needs work. It’s hard to take a shower without it leaking all over the floor. Also, the driveway is heated, which is great, but no one clears the snow that the plows build up between the driveway and the street. It’s hard to get out on big snow days.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely wonderful property with key location! Literally 2 blocks of flat terrain to the town lift, with downtown Park City instantly accessible from there! Communication was always instant with John and heart felt. Early access was granted because of our dates which was greatly appreciated! The property was immaculate, with plenty of everything you could need…even extra towels for the hot tub! First rate kitchen, and plenty warm with the radiant heat and fire place up stairs despite 0 degree temps and plenty of snow! We would love to vacation here again!

3rd stay at this property

Clearly we like this property...it is ideally located-2 block walk to Main Street. A few blocks to great hiking trails, a block to the ski trails. Lovely home, well appointed. We did notice this trip that some of the upholstery and bed linens/towels are beginning to look tired. The property management is pleasant to deal with and responsive to requests. This property is a great option for a trip to Park City. Especially if you want to be in the heart of the action.

Excellent location and wonderful layout

Fantastic location for Old Town access. We stayed for 5 summer weeks so we are probably more sensitive to the condition of the place than someone staying just a few days. Loved the layout: 2 bedrooms downstairs (on garage level), one "parent" suite with king bed and bath as well as walk in shower; the other downstairs bedroom had twin beds, also with walk-in shower. Upstairs, queen bedroom with walk-in shower. Wifi was excellent and hot water and water pressure was better than anywhere we've ever stayed. Management was very responsive to a number of concerns. We loved the layout and excellent location. The vaulted ceilings upstairs make it seem much more spacious than its actual square footage. Love the blue/white decor instead of the heavy brown decor more common in Park City. A number of things need attention/refreshing, and we gave that list to management. I trust they are "on it."
