**IN THE HEART OF EMPIRE PASS**



Argent at Empire Pass is perfectly located at the base of the Silver Strike

Express chairlift. With ski-in/ski-out access as well as a hot tub, firepit,

and loungers on the back deck, the mix between luxury and convenience is

seldom matched. Easily accessible ski lockers, daily breakfast, and après-ski

all on the main level allow for everything you may need to be close at hand.

Other amenities include a fitness center, two amazing steam fireplaces,

bowling alley, kid’s game room, pub, coffee bar and skydeck that encompasses a

shared library, as well as rooftop outdoor space.



In Residence 401, the master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom.

The bathroom features double sinks and a large walk-in shower with both a

regular shower head and a rainfall shower head.



The second bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a single sink and a

combined shower and tub. This bathroom is also shared with the common areas.



Additionally, there is a bunk bed in the den which has a twin over twin

configuration with a twin trundle.
