Deer Valley Pinnacle 1456 is a spacious home nestled in prestigious Lower Deer Valley, just minutes from the Snow Park Base of Deer Valley Resort. Here, you'll enjoy convenient access to dining, shopping, and the mountain slopes. The home is also a short walk from the shuttle stop, allowing you to take the free bus to explore Historic Park City, Canyons Resort, and Kimball Junction, making it an ideal retreat for both winter and summer adventures.

This multi-level townhome offers a spacious 3,511 square feet over four bedrooms, and four full bathrooms. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests in complete comfort, making it a great selection for families.

From the garage entry way, you'll find a small, convenient mud room with bench, storage cubbies, and coat hooks. Walking through this area, puts you in the main living area offering the living room, kitchen and dining areas — all with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows.

Perfect location for our trip!

Everything went very smooth for this property. Could have been cleaner, dead flies in the windows, dusty lamps. This unit is in need of an update for sure, however that being said, everything worked, HOA was amazing keeping the entrance and decks cleared of snow, and driveway plowed. Nice to have soap,& lotion in all bathrooms.
