If you like to ski and want to be in the heart of Park City, there is no better location. The studio we rented was small but sufficient.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The unit was spotless and the location was exceptional. We didn’t rent a car and it wasn’t necessary. Very easy access around with the city bus system and downtown trolly. Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Park City vacation

This is a studio unit at Marriott Summit Watch. There is lots of space with a comfortable bed and small kitchen area. Great location on Main Street for walking to shops and restaurants. I would stay again!

Flawless

This was exactly what my husband and I needed for a week day ski trip. Comfortable lodging with plenty of space and easy access to everything we needed for the week. Spent a lot of time working at Atticus with easy access to town lift when we wanted to jump on the mountain. More dinner options than we knew what to do with and the nightly hot tub dips were the perfect way to relax.

Avoid if at all possible

Let me state upfront that the property we stayed at, while not what we booked, was great. Marriott's Mountainside was convenient to the slopes and a ~20 minute to Main St. Great staff and plenty of activities for any non-skiers. The problem was that we booked Marriott's Summit Watch. We wanted to be closer to Main Street with access to town lift. What I did not realize when booking is that "Christian" is really Resort Rental Pros, which we did not know when booking. We received a "reservation confirmation" on Jan 19th. On Feb 19th, 3 day before our planned check-in, I received a text stating that they could only confirm 3 of the 4 nights and I had two options: 1) accept the 3 and hope a 4th became available or 2) accept the full 4 nights at a different location (Marriott's Mountainside). As you can imagine we were in a bind as there was next to nothing else available in Park City on such short notice. Not only did they not recognize how inconvenient this was- all plans (reservations, rentals, shuttles, etc) had been made based on what we thought was a confirmation. To make matters worse, the support team was pushy with regards to "accepting" one of the two offers; like the error was on my end. In the end, we had a great time and Marriott's Mountainside was great. That said, I won't be working with Christian and RRP again and would not recommend to others.

This property is a prime location. The bed was comfortable. There was some strange communication about not mentioning that we were using VRBO, because then we would get aggressive time share sales pitches.

Could Have Been Better

The overall property was fine. My room was about 50' from the main highway and they had no sound proofing. Road noise all night long. The bed was so hard, I slept on the comforter. Would not go back to that room.
