Property owner is renting this very comfortable and well maintained Marriott property just 50 yards from the town lift. Enjoy the town of Park City right outside your door. Two King sized beds plus 2 pull-out sofas comfortably accommodate eight people. Available February 18 - 25, 2024.

Well equipment kitchen, laundry room. Beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas with flat-screens and gas fireplace. Well equipped gym, business center / owners lounge and great recreation area. Enjoy full owner benefits (free cocktail hours, recreation center has indoor/outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, activities/games etc.). Unit is designed with a lock-off section to create two, one bedroom units.

This rental is for the combined two bedroom unit. One side of the unit has a master bedroom, a master bath with a jacuzzi tub, two sinks, living room with fireplace, pull out couch, kitchen, dining area, laundry area. The other side of the unit has a bedroom, lounge area with pull out couch, kitchen and dining area and full bathroom. The two units are connected via a door between the living room of unit 1 and the lounge area of unit 2.
