Just remodeled! Fully updated town home with new kitchen, bathrooms, and living space, including heated floors and gas fireplace. Located in Aspen Wood in the Snow Park area of Lower Deer Valley Resort and a stone's throw to Snow Park Lodge base. The free shuttle bus stop is 15 yards from the house, with Deer Valley ski lifts approximately 1/4 mile away. Deer Valley Direct free car service (like a local Uber) is also available from this location. Park City's Main Street can be reached with just a short ride or 10 minute walk. Park City Ski Resort is less than 1 mile away and on the free shuttle and bus routes. FREE Shuttle buses to all the resorts stop by every 7 minutes.

The layout is ideal for two families of four or three couples. There are 3 private and spacious bedrooms (2 king beds and a bunk room with 4 twins + trundle), each with ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs and separately managed heating/cooling environments.

The house is on 3 levels with approx 2,500 sq ft of space. Each bedroom occupies a different level for the ultimate in privacy. The designer remodel provides a brighter, more modern mountain feel with particular upgrades that include, private hot tub with mountain view, new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, smart Roku TVs with Wifi in all bedrooms, large 65" flat screen smart TV with BluRay/DVD and stereo in the living room and wireless broadband internet.

The living room has large over-sized sofas, a large gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, deck and bar.

The private outdoor hot tub is on the upper back deck with open mountain views and is perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day on the slopes. There is a gas grill on the front deck for those BBQ nights.

The master bathroom has a dual showerhead with body showers for four simultaneous shower heads!

The kitchen is fully appointed with both a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, crock pots, blenders, mixers, microwave/air fryer/toaster oven combo.

Other amenities include Keurig pods to get you started, tea, and basic condiments, a laundry with washer and dryer in the house and parking for 2 cars.

Ski butler, food delivery and additional housekeeping can be made available upon request. Inquire.

Wonderful Ski Vacation

Property was as advertised and more. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and great location. Super easy to use the bus to Park City, Deer Valley, and Main Street. We would definitely stay again!

Great townhouse!

We really enjoyed our stay in Deer Valley. The townhome was really close to the Snow Park base so we could walk home after skiing if we wanted to but we used the free shuttle in the morning. Having our own hot tub was really nice as well. Very nice place!

Large unit in a very convenient location. The unit is quiet and the 3 level layout provided good privacy for our group. Management was responsive to issues. Only negatives are that the living room furniture could use a refresh and the place / kitchen items could have been cleaner upon arrival. However, an overall positive stay.

We had a great time with 6 adults at the property. The space was very comfortable, the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes, and the shuttle to PC/Deer Valley was just steps away. Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at a fabulous home!

The house and location are excellent!! Fully stocked with everything you need after a day of skiing and plenty of space to relax ! Very easy to get in and out of Deer valley by car or shuttle (particularly with small children!). The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and we can’t wait to go back!

Great House

House was in very good shape and had great amenities. Didn’t cut corners on items like k-cups, soap, shampoo, laundry and dish detergent which made our trip very easy. It is right on bus route making it very easy for us to travel around town. Would stay here again.

Great Place Near Deer Valley

Our family of four stayed at this condo during our ski vacation at Deer Valley. The location is fantastic and it is within walking distance to Deer Valley and has a Park City bus stop right in front. Deer Valley Grocery is right across the street as well. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and it had all that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend the place and look forward to staying at the condo again during our next ski vacation.

Great family place

This townhouse is in a great location! Easy access to ski school and the lifts and the Deer Valleycafe/store is right across the street. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable. The kids and grown ups loved using the sleds (there are 5) on the hill right behind the townhouse. Kitchen is well stocked. Great tv and DVD player set up. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck too.

PERFECT spot for a family with younger children!

We planned a long weekend to ski Deer Valley and were very happy with the accommodations and location to Deer Valley Lodge. For two adults, and two children this house was perfect. I could definitely see sharing this house another family if we go back again. Cooking in some nights was convenient and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (even take-out menus). Taking the shuttle to the ski lodge was super easy. Plus, we could just check our skis at the end of everyday and jump on the shuttle home. All the drivers were very friendly and there was never much of a wait. The homeowner was great at responding quickly to questions I had while staying there and even gave us a heads up on World Cup events we could watch. We are looking forward to hopefully going back again next year!

The property’s location was super convenient and we appreciated the spacious accommodation. We were disappointed about a few aspects of the booking: 1. The owner texted me the day of arrival to ask if we needed anything. Given the listing said “the house has its own garage,” I thought we’d be able to use it, and I asked about access. But the owner just replied “garage is locked.” No good alternative ski storage. 2. Master bathtub wouldn’t fill - my young children take baths. Owner said that he couldn’t get a plumber to come for over a week — didn’t give me the impression that he was trying too hard to help. His suggestion was that we use a different bathroom. I wasn’t interested in bathing our kids in a tub that friends were using. 3. Showers that alternated between burning you and freezing you in every bathroom. Think this was due to an old or low capacity water heaters. 4. While the living room and kitchen are nice, the bedrooms and bathrooms are tired. Particularly uncomfortable master bed. Again, the location and size of the property were positives, but the negative experiences described above mean that we’ll stay elsewhere the next time we visit.

Great location!

Easy to get to the Deer Valley base for skiing with the free shuttle. Nice neighborhoods nearby to walk. Condo comfortable. TV hard to figure out but we finally got it working (in the living room at least!). Kitchen well supplied for cooking!

Family ski vacation

Our group of 7 (two couples and three kids) had plenty of room in this well-appointed condo. The master suite is very large and spacious with a king bed, and the guest room on the main floor also has a king sized bed- so all the adults were comfortable and had privacy. And the kids loved the bunk room of course. The condo is very comfortable and well-equipped, a large and new hot tub on the deck, and the best part of all is the location! Just a minute or two away from the entrance of Snowpark Lodge which is a major bonus if you have kids in ski school which we did. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend for families with smaller children (ours are 5 and 6). Thank you!

Christmas week family trip was perfect

We rented this property near Deer Valley over Christmas and had a wonderful week. Easy walk to Deer Valley ski resort as well as Park City. I look forward to going again soon. H

RENTERS BEWARE! UNSCRUPULPOUS PROPERTY OWNER. I am frequent Home Away renter and I have NEVER been in a situation where a property owner refused to refund my deposit until I rented this property. The property itself is adequate – the ground level bunk room is however freezing (you’ll need to run a space heater during ski season), the fireplace is a fire hazard, and the hot tub needs maintenance (head rest and such fell off and were floating around the tub). I would have happily overlooked these flaws though if upon checkout I had received my FULL deposit back. When we arrived a bit before check in (@ 1 hour early) we decided we would drop some ski equipment and groceries at the condo so we could go to lunch downtown. We had some trouble accessing the key and called the owner who was perturbed by our call. Nevertheless we got the condo open and realized that the property had not yet been cleaned (it was actually trashed – garbage everywhere – foul smell – really nasty bathrooms – etc.). When a cleaning crew had yet to show up as we were heading downtown, we called the local representative to check when the property would be cleaned. She was completely unaware that it had not been cleaned and kept apologizing and repeating that she did not know why the cleaning crew had not been there as they had told her they were going to be there before 1.30 pm (it was past 2 pm when we spoke). We headed downtown and got a text after 3 pm that the place was ready. We had a nice uneventful stay. Upon check out – we reviewed the laminated check out and instructions and followed them to the letter. We even started a load of laundry. When we returned home we were told that the property was “left in a terrible state” – “the worst state any renter has left the house” – WHAT??? It simply was not true – especially because we know for a FACT that we left the house in much better shaped then we found it! We have gone back and forth with the owner (Darren) – as we were sure there was some mistake. The checkouts must have been confused or something! But despite not being on premise and not seeing any of this with his own eyes – Darren remains steadfast in his belief and refuses to refund our full deposit. He has been unable and unwilling to provide any details on what exactly was wrong. Crazy! It’s not my style to trash businesses and business owners – but I think it’s only fair to let future renters know they should proceed renting this place with caution.
