The bedrooms are air-conditioned for comfortable sleeping; however, the great room, kitchen, media room, and other common living spaces do not have air conditioning.

Park City's mountain climate and the home's multiple outdoor spaces can help with natural airflow, but guests booking during warmer summer periods should be comfortable with this arrangement.

We want to make this clear before booking so there are no surprises upon arrival.
