Nestled in the prestigious Kings Crown community, this location is a dream come true year-round, with easy access to Park City Mountain Resort's shopping and restaurants in winter, and just a half-mile stroll to historic Main Street's vibrant shopping, dining, and nightlife in summer

With 3 bedrooms and 4 baths over 2600 square feet, this retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families and friends seeking a memorable mountain getaway.

To access the property, you can take the elevator or stairs from the parking garage, leading you to the second floor. Enter through the front door of into a hallway that unveils the living areas.

Living Room: Step into the living room, where contemporary design and upscale furnishings create an inviting atmosphere. Large windows bathe the room in natural light, showcasing the breathtaking views. Sink into the sectional sofa or leather armchairs while enjoying entertainment on the 65” Smart TV or warming up by the gas fireplace. A built-in desk area offers a perfect workspace, and the bi-fold slider doors open to extend the living area to the outdoors.

Kitchen: Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a culinary haven. Stainless steel Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove-top and double oven, await your culinary creations. Granite countertops and a wet bar/coffee bar with a wine fridge add a touch of luxury. The back door offers access to the shared outdoor stairwell.

Dining Area: The wood dining table with seating for 8 is nestled between the living and kitchen areas, allowing for seamless socializing. Natural light streams through the windows, creating a warm ambiance.

Grand Master Bedroom 1— Indulge in the luxurious king bed, enjoy deck access, a gas fireplace, Smart TV with Sonos sound bar, walk-in closet, and a work desk. The en suite bathroom boasts a double sink vanity with LED lights, tile/glass shower, and soaker tub.

Master Bedroom 2 — Find comfort in the king bed, Smart TV with Sonos sound bar, and en suite bathroom with a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bunk Bedroom 3 — This unique space features platform twin beds over a king-size bed, a work desk, Smart TV with Sonos sound bar, and access to the private deck. The en suite bathroom offers a dual sink vanity and glass shower.

The full shared bath in the hallway offers a large tile/glass shower.

Outdoor Amenities: Relax on the large private deck, complete with outdoor dining and furnishings. Marvel at the incredible views of the surrounding landscape.

Community Amenities: Indulge in the rooftop hot tub, fire pit, and seating while taking in panoramic views at the Ski Tower. The Kings Crown Ski Tower also offers a ski locker room and a skier's lounge with comfortable furnishings, bar seating, a big screen TV, après ski snacks and beverages, and ski-in/out access to the slopes. Great space to gather and gear up for your day skiing, as well as relax after an exciting day on the mountain. The community offers a year-round pool and hot tub, fitness center, and lounge.

Exceptional

Location was incredible, 1/2 mile walk to main street, a few hundred feet to base camp of park city. So much tondo and enjoy! Home was lovely, well furnished and plenty of space for everyone to come together as well as seclude for downtime. Private garage was amazing with community dumpsters. Great vacations start with a great base and this home was a great foundation for what will be a memorable time for years to come.
