Family Sized Charming Mountain Condo- Minutes walk to resort

Nestled in Park City, this delightful recently renovated condo has plenty of room to sleep the whole family. Located just ½ mile walk from the base of Park City Mountain Resort for easy access to skiing. We offer a spacious 3 bedroom 1500sqft condo with a lofted main living area and spectacular mountain views. This condo is packed with amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, and washer and drier. There is also a communal heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center located just a short 100 yard walk away.
Recently remodeled in 2021 and meticulously maintained the Snowfall Chalet is the perfect place for a family retreat. The Snowfall Chalet includes brand new Queen mattresses in all bedrooms with high thread count sheets, spa quality bath and pool towels, and top of the line appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. HDTV’s are located in every bedroom and in the main living room with access to high speed internet and all the apps.

This property is centrally located with just a short walk to the PCMR base you wont have to drive to enjoy access to world class skiing. Or take advantage of Park City’s free bus system with a stop just out front to reach Deer Valley (5min ride) or Canyons Village (10min ride). Main Street Park City is just 2 miles away for access to a variety of dining and shopping options.
Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tub both in winter season and summer with a short 100 yard walk located just next door. There is also a small fitness center with treadmill, Peloton, and rowing machine.

This condo features 3 total bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Queen bed with attached master bath with shower tub combo. Tv included in bedroom.

-Bedroom 2 (located upstairs)
Two Queen beds in a lofted space for 4 total guests, Tv included in bedroom. Shared bathroom in hallway just outside.

-Bedroom 3 (located upstairs)
Queen bed, Tv included in bedroom. Shared bathroom just in hall outside.

-Bathroom 1
Attached to queen bedroom downstairs features a tub shower combo with single vanity and toilet. Additional features include hair drier and complementary soap and shampoo.

-Half Bath
Located in the hall from the main entry to the kitchen.

-Bathroom 2
Located upstairs and shared between both bedrooms with access via hallway. This bathroom features a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and toilet in separate room. Additional features include hair drier and complementary soap and shampoo.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances to cook your own meals, featuring electric stove with gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, Keurig, blender, and small bar area with wine fridge and sink. All dishes and cookware are included.

Family room features a gas fireplace, couch and several chairs, TV with sound bar and cable package, dining room table that can seat 8.

Washer and drier located in unit with access to several pods for cleaning laundry if needed during your stay.

Unit features furnace/ air conditioning unit to keep both floors at optimal temperatures. There is also a tankless hot water heater, so you won’t have to worry about running out of hot water after a long ski day.

One parking spot is reserved in underground parking. Additional GUEST spots are available but are first come first served.

Back Deck has chairs and a grill for summertime use.

Boot driers and warmers provided to ensure dry warm feet for a full day of skiing.

This is our third time staying at this property to ski at Park City. It is beautiful and cozy, has a well appointed kitchen and is wonderful place for a family to stay. It is a short walk to the Three Kings lift at the Park City base.
