Near the slopes!!!

Fantastic home walking distance to the Park City Resort ski area. The house was great for a group of friends, plenty of rooms to find some peace and quiet, yet also a common area to share our stories from a day on the slopes! Having a hot tub a few steps from the door was definitely an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!!!

Perfect Getaway

Amazing long weekend with girlfriends from NYC. Spacious 5-bed house, loved the hot tub for unwinding, easy walk to town. Spotless and well-designed. Already planning our next visit.

Nice Property

This property is fairly close to the lifts. It was just far enough that our group preferred to wear shoes to the base area and get a locker (17/day!). House was clean and well kept. Plenty of room, towels, etc. Property Manager was very easy to communicate with and responsive.

Wonderful stay

We booked this home as part of an executive trip and it was a big hit. The house was perfect, the property management company was super responsive to all of my questions, they recommended a fantastic grocery person to pre-stock the home for us - it was all very easy and would absolutely stay here again

Awesome experience

The house was awesome and a short 2 minute walk to the lifts. Great proximity to downtown as well only 10-15 minute walk away. Very clean house and easily fit our large group. Would stay again.

great for family stay

The house's layout -- two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms plus a separate floor with living room, dining, and kitchen areas -- was an excellent arrangement for our group of two households. A few people were concerned, ahead of time, about the lack of air conditioning, but with the cool Park City summer evenings, this turned out not to be a problem for us.

Ski trip

We enjoyed the property. There were 9 adults and plenty of room for us to spread out. Location was great as it was close to the mountain. Access to buses was easy as well. The property management was responsive to a couple of minor issues. Would recommend.

Perfect Mountain Home!

Had a great girl's weekend at the house. Within walking distance to Park City Mountain, downtown, etc. House was clean and ready early for us (much appreciated). The team was very great to work with and we really appreciated them accommodating our early arrival time.

Exceptional Property-Wonderful Communication

We all had a wonderful time in this house. Everything we needed to cook a nice meal was there. We all enjoyed the ability to stretch out and have our own space. (There were 10 of us). A minor issue came up and was addressed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. This will be my go to property in Park City.

We had a great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! The house was just how we expected from the listing. It’s a great option for large groups wanting to walk back and forth to Park City Mountain Resort. It was a little cumbersome communicating with the rental company (delayed responses and answering services instead of direct contacts) but we had no real issues. All concerns and questions were handled eventually. They stock the house with toiletries and other supplies to get you started which is super helpful!!

Location was perfect!

Pros- Location is amazing! Even small children could walk to slopes and to town (walk back from town had me huffing and puffing but was totally manageable). Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Fireplace was wonderful. We had minor issues with batteries and it was quickly fixed. Kitchen had all we needed to make multiple meals. Cons- Lots of wear and tear. Large areas with paint coming off of ceiling, bathrooms could use updates. Overall- not luxurious but very comfortable. Great for ski trip with amazing location.

Property is a quintessential ski house, nothing more or less

iTrip isn't the best management company but the house itself was an enjoyable rental. We (8 adults) enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious dining area and kitchen upstairs. The stairs weren't all that bad if you're capable of not forgetting anything you need before going up or down the stairs haha. The house itself is quite noisy (very close to neighbors, plumbing is loud, etc.) but the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and bathrooms were sufficient. Close to Park City for skiing (walking takes about 10 mins and isn't bad in ski boots) and close enough to town we walked the 20-ish mins downtown half the time but would taxi/Uber home to avoid the stairs on the way back. All in all, I'd look for other options if returning to Park City but wouldn't mind staying here again if the price was best.

Holiday family ski trip

For the most part Everything about the house and host were great. We however were very disappointed in the kitchen and what it had to offer. There was very used pots and pans, pancake maker had a cord that didn’t work, no coffee pot and a very dirty pot that heats water, no hot pads to use with the oven . The first day there were several things not working but they responded and acted quickly . We have stayed in many places and there was always a reference book with info that was useful, they did not have one. This would be as nice added feature!
