The townhome offers a spacious 4,724 square feet, four bedrooms (three are master suites), and four and a half bathrooms. You will find upscale appointments and features throughout. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.

You will enter this gorgeous home through the lower level garage to a large mudroom for all your gear storage. A few steps will take you right up to the home's main level, where you will enter the large great room with the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with beautiful hardwood floors and tasteful decorations. Living Room: Mountain-contemporary style furnishings surround a stone-faced, wood-burning fireplace, a 50” HDTV, accentuated by soaring ceilings. This is the perfect gathering spot.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet space offering Viking stainless steel appliances, such as a Viking 6-burner gas range with double ovens, a wine bar with a wine fridge, lovely granite countertops, and island bar seating for four.

Dining Room: Seat up to eight guests at the dining table, with additional seating at the kitchen island.
