Deluxe Condo Walk to Town Lift and Main Street

Great location, just a short walk to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift with easy access to skiing, shopping, dining and nightlife, this beautiful condo offers over 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space and accommodates up to 9 guests. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all Park City's attractions.

The updated main bedroom features a king-size bed, 40" flat-screen TV, and a recently remodeled private bathroom with double vanity and oversized shower. With two recently remodeled guest bathrooms as well, Town Pointe A102 offers one guest bedroom with a twin-size bed, a queen-size bed, a private bath with double vanity, and 32" TV. The second guestroom has a queen-size bed and a 26" flat-screen TV. For your comfort, the condo has central air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

The cozy living room invites you to relax and catch a show on a 50" cable Smart TV or in front of a gas-burning fireplace. Town Pointe A102 has a fully equipped, upgraded kitchen. Dine in with a table for 6 guests plus 3 counter stools.

Access the private, year-round hot tub on the deck just outside the living room. Free wi-fi, a private washer and dryer, and underground parking with elevator access available. This desirable condo has a deluxe classification rating.

Beautiful Convenient Condo

Our son lives in Salt Lake City. We met him in Park City for Thanksgiving. This property looked just like the photos and was amazing! We loved the gas fireplace and hot tub. It was so easy to get to the shops on Main and hiking trails. The key code was very handy for 5 people coming and going at different times. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again when visiting!! Highly recommend!!!

Loved this condo

This is really a high quality condo. I stayed here with my family (husband, mom, brother) and the layout and size were perfect. The location cannot be beat as it is walking distance to town and great restaurants. We were originally booked for a different unit that is also managed by PCL but I was notified well in advance of our arrival that there was an issue w the place and if we would be ok to swap for this unit C304. Well, C304 was an upgrade to what I originally booked so…SCORE! It was a fabulous place and PCL was extremely accommodating. I’d love to stay here again!

Great location and nice setup!

We had a great stay here! The location is so convenient to the mountain and we always had an easy time with parking. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms and there was lots of room for our group.

This spacious condo was just a five minute walk to town and the Town Lift. Park City Lodging manages the property and could not have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
