Good kitchen. Good beds. Good hot tub. Close to downtown. It would be a good idea to upgrade sheets, buy some real humidifiers for each room, supply laundry detergent and provide good tissue and toilet paper. Small amount of money that would make a noticeable difference.
We loved our stay in this home. Plenty of privacy for everyone and the location is great, within walking distance to everything downtown Park City offers.
This house had a great layout - updated and modern. Nice bathrooms - all en suites. Very clean. Awesome location to town and free public transit. Host was super responsive.
This is the nicest property we've stayed at in Park City. Beds were comfortable, location was terrific, and there was enough parking for all three of our cars. The hot tub was a nice bonus.
We chose to rent a house this year and are so glad we did! The house was well appointed and the location at the top of Main Street can’t be beat. The garage with ski racks and boot/mitten dryers were a welcome touch. The trolly stop a block away to the Town Lift made skiing at Park City a breeze! We would definitely rent again!
Our stay at this beautiful three-bedroom home in Park City was fantastic. The house was exactly as described—spacious, well-appointed, and in a prime location. It’s just a short, easy walk to all the amenities on Main Street, making it incredibly convenient. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it an ideal spot for our group. We had a great experience and look forward to returning!
The house was a perfect location for skiing at Deer Valley or Park City 5 min to each. Loved being able to walk to Main Street. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms make it super easy. We cooked all our meals n the open kitchen/living room and played games and did puzzles on the dining room table! We would rent this house again.
Great Location for all Park City/Deer Calley has to offer.
Ideally located at one end of Park City - close to town yet perfectly quiet at night. Easy to get to either Deer Valley or Park City. Easy to walk into town for dinner. Cozy open living space with fireplace and open kitchen/dining area. Hot tub in back was a welcome apres-ski amenity.
House was great with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms (each on their own floor), plus a half bath near the common area. We each had a ton of privacy and room. The jacuzzi was lovely and the house was well appointed. The house is within walking distance of all the downtown restaurants which was great! I'd definitely stay here again.
My friends and I stayed 4 nights at this property and loved it!! It was literally a five minute walk to mainstreet restaurants and shopping! Property was modern and clean and the host was phenomenal. We had a couple of things we asked about and Robin took care of them right away! Robin was super responsive and friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Property close to everything, Main Street right there!
Kept area clear of snow in front and back to have access to hot tub. Wished I would have had more info about ways and instructions of skiing closer to property! Quick to respond when I had a question or concern.
Three of us came from different locales (Texas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey) for a great, long overdue reunion. House was perfect. Everyone had their own room with bathroom. Half bathroom on the Main floor. Brand new washer/ dryer. Walking distance into Park City (less than 5 minutes). Had a very nice time!
We recently stayed for three nights at this beautiful property in Park City. It is located in a great location and walking distance to Main Street. The home was so clean and comfortable. It also had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and was so nice to have a separate floor with each bed and a bathroom. The linens were nice and the bath towels big and fluffy. and we loved having a hot tub and back patio with table to relax. The furnishings were beautiful. The manager /owner was very accommodating to our requests. We wanted to enjoy a Sunday breakfast on the patio with family and she allowed a late checkout. It was perfect in every way. Would highly recommend staying here, Can't go wrong with this property. Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to coming back again!
I rented this house for my wife and I on our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect! The location was walking distance to the Main Street bars/restaurants. We visited No Name Saloon multiple times on this trip. My wife and her bridesmaids got ready there before the wedding and it provided plenty of space and lots of natural light. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day out on the town. Would highly recommend this property! So glad this property had A/C. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again when we visit next!
P.S. Make sure your quiet in the hot tub. Cops are serious about any sound outside. (Talking/Laughing)
We had a lovely week-long stay in late September for our nephew's wedding with our 2 adult children. The location is a few minutes walk to town, and the garage makes it easy to park a car. A bedroom and en-suite bathroom on each floor and an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor made it seem very luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked and the common area was comfy. There was construction/road repaving while we were there --they like to get things done before it snows--but that didn't get in our way. If stairs (or walking on hills)n are challenging or children need to be on the same floor as parents, that may not work. Perfect house for our family and could fit 3 couples. Recommend!
We stayed three nights after Christmas with our adult kids. Five of us in all. There is plenty of room in this house to relax and not feel crammed together in one room. Decorated very nicely and kitchen well stocked. The kids loved the hot tub! The best part about the house is its proximity to the town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Can easily drive up to mud mountain in Deer Valley for dinner. Some of the challenges: Parking two vehicles. The garage is great for one car. Luckily our second car was a Subaru and could park parallel to the garage. Otherwise you can’t park in the street so I don’t know where you park in the winter . The street (King St) the house sits on is steep. It happen to snow all three days we were there and it becomes very treacherous. Watching cars slide down King St or trying to make the turn to Woodside Ave is scary and entertaining. The bad part is they don’t plow until night time. So you hear the plows and cars spinning their wheels late into the night. None of us got any good sleep while there. I think renting this home in summer would be a better experience. If you’re looking to not use a car in winter, it’s great.
This lovely renovated home is in a great location just off of Main Street. Perfect for our last Sundance. The house has everything you need from cozy gas fireplace to inviting hot tub. En suite bathrooms are a huge plus. The owner has been great with communication and easy to work with. Our only observation is the heating system. The upstairs bedroom gets quite warm and stuffy while the main level bedroom was quite cool. We could only find one thermostat but we all made it work. We would definitely rent this house again!
Stayed for a month. Great place. Clean and comfortable. Feels like home. Perfect location on quiet street but short walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. Host very responsive. Highly recommend.
