Conveniently located on the free shuttle route, accessing Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction is effortless. Your perfect year-round escape awaits!


This spacious property offers multiple levels over 1,790 square feet, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests in complete comfort.



You can enter the property through the garage or via the front door, stepping into the spacious and functional mudroom with full sized washer and dryer units as well as storage cabinets and a convenient bench to store all of your equipment.



Living Room: This living room boasts modern furnishings including a plush couch, lovely armchairs, a large Sony Smart TV mounted above a contemporary-style gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent balcony where you'll enjoy seating for four and breathtaking views of the golf course and resort.

This is our 6th season in Park City as a family and the accommodations were perfect! Great location, super clean, beds were comfortable and everything was as described. It was so nice to have a 'stocked pantry" with spices, sugar, and a few necessities. We returned the favor by leaving our unopened non-perishables. 10/10 would book again!
Lockers for ski helmets and bibs were a huge hit.
Gorgeous views on a quiet cul-de-sac.
High end Wolf/SubZero appliances.
