BEST Location: Walk 1 block to Ski, 2 short blocks down to center of Main Street
You found it! The best value home on the best street. 402 Woodside- google it. Local real estate agents call this area the “Gold Coast,” due to premium location. We are right next to the 4th Street stairs on Woodside. You walk down the 4 Street stairs, across Park Ave, and land on Main & 4th Street with 1/2 of the shops and restaurants are to the right and the other half are to the left. No Name Saloon, The Spur, 350 Main, and Chimayo restaurant are right there at 4th and Main. Hit Java Cow for morning coffee and breakfast treats or Aura Spa for massage after a hard day of skiing. If you're into shopping Gorsuch, Kühl, and Lululemon couldn’t be closer.
See map photo: House is circled in red, yellow shows walk to Main Street, Blue shows walk to ski run.
For boarding and skiing, you walk one level block to 501 Woodside in your boots (2 mins, I timed it), go up the stairs, and you are on the Quittin' Time run. Click in and ski right down to the Town Lift. This is the best of both worlds for EASY Main Street and ski access. We don't rent a car when we're here- we just use Uber for the rare times you need to go beyond skiing and Main Street. If you want to ski Canyons, they are now connected by a Tram so you can access from this house. Deer Valley has free buses running from the Transportation Center to the base at Deer Valley.
The house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a large living room/ common area with an open plan to the kitchen, dining, and living room. All common area is upstairs and the 4 bedrooms are downstairs. In the fall of 2022, we remodeled the bathrooms, installed new carpet throughout, new appliances, and fresh paint. The Primary has an en suite bathroom, bedrooms #2 and #3 have Queen beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunks w/ 4 twins. Sleeps 10 total. You can see from the photos that the bedrooms are relatively small compared to the large, open family/common area upstairs. We installed a new flatscreen TV in the living room with Comcast. There is High-Speed WiFi throughout.
The living room has 2 dedicated seating areas with the ability to watch the TV from any of the 4 couches. There is a large dining table with seating for 10. The owner is a gourmet cook and has outfitted it with all you need to prepare and serve meals. New toaster, new coffee maker, new dishwasher, crock pot, new cast iron and non-stick pans. There are all new serving platters and bowls, and everything you need to host a family gathering or small party. Washer/ Dryer in the house.
No garage, but there is a dedicated single parking space large enough for a Suburban, parked parallel to the street. 2 cars are not permitted. Skis are stored securely on the upper deck, only accessible from the living room. There are cubbies by the front door for keys, helmets, gloves, etc...

We loved our stay in this property! The location was perfect - just steps from Main Street. Plenty of space for our group and loved being able to walk into town within 5 minutes.
Very convenient because it was 2 blocks from downtown, Main Street. It was also within walking distance to ski.Very spacious and owners were helpful and very nice.
We had an amazing time and the property listing was exactly as advertised. More than enough room for our group of five and conveniently located. The host was super responsive and even gave several recommendations on airport transportation and restaurant recommendations!
This was a great crash pad for 5 dudes shredding Gnarr on the PC MTB Trails.
Kitchen has what you need. Beds were clean. Easy walk to downtown.
Driveway/parking has seen better days, but this place is priced right.
Great house and location. The second deck could use some furniture. Entrance into house across driveway is dangerous definitely need to watch your step.Otherwise great space and location to walk to Main Street
Great location. Quick walk to Main Street. House was as advertised. Property owner was very accommodating and was engaged to ensure check-in was seamless. They also provided information pertinent to the time of our stay. Recommend the entry concrete slab be repaired; minor, but needed to be mindful on entry/exit. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely come again, and would recommend if you want to visit Park City.
We had a great time at the property for a February ski trip. The location is excellent. One block from the heart of Main Street. The only thing better, for us, was the access to the mountain. No need for a shuttle, half block walk to a staircase leading to one of the runs. Put your equipment, and ski down to the lift. It’s the closest you can get to ski-in ski-out being off the mountain. The bedrooms were updated and very comfortable. The property management was great at communication and gave us clear instructions on how to access the unit, nearby points of interest and public transportation. We will definitely try to book here again on future Park City ski trips.
The house was just as described. The only problem we had was the front of house driveway has only one parking spot for a vehicle, which needs to be parked horizontaly, and is on a steep slope and the cement is cracked with unlevel surfaces, which was difficult for us (one of our family member who had a broken ankle), and to load and unload groceries and suitcases. The house was well equipped with bath towels, but (only 2 kitchen towels). Good location to walk into town. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hope to go back in Winter.
Bachelorette Trip! Perfect location, great space for hanging out
Arranged a bachelorette group trip up to Park City for some of us from SLC and some from out of state to visit for the first time! Such a perfect location. Walked ~1mile up the road to do the Miner's trail hike which was very fun and doable for us, even with 2 pregnant guests! And great access to main street for brunch, dinner and the bars.
Had a rainy afternoon one of the days and was SO grateful we picked this house because of the abundance of seating in the living room to chat / hang out / play trivia on the TV screen, and the HUGE dining table for an intense game of Nertz with 8 of us playing!
Beds were comfortable and although we were here in the summer, did appear to have plenty of storage for ski gear inside / outside and on the two private patios.
And the host was SO responsive and helpful ahead of time!
Thank you thank you for hosting us! Couldn't have had a better bachelorette party :)
What a perfect home for a family to spend quality time together! Many comfortable couches, a huge table to share meals together and a kitchen with everything you would need to create the perfect feast. The house is located close to Main Street so we were able to walk and explore all the shops and restaurants and bars the town had to offer. For the snowboarders in our group they were able to leave the house and take the town lift to Park City Mountain Resort for a day on the mountain. Millie and Charles were just a text or phone call away with some of my silly questions as well as instructions that I needed. The beds were super comfortable with blankets to keep warm. Can't thank them enough for ordering the snowfall on Christmas Day as well as the 3 days after. Yes, the front entrance area was very steep and uneven but we were able to manage without much trouble! It made for such a magical Christmas for our family! I can't wait to come back to Park City and will definitely stay at this beautiful home!
Fantastic location that is essentially ski in / out and 3 min walk to main street shops, bars and restaurants! Very clean and functional property with an overall one great room - open living space floor time to enjoy time with friends & family.
Convenient location to Main Street. A short walk from this quiet neighborhood down the stairs, places you in the heart of old downtown. Our hosts were wonderful. The bedrooms were very nice with comfy cozy bedding. Enjoyed our stay there very much.
The exterior of this home is not up to Old Town Park City standards. From the broken concrete driveway to the broken gutters hanging from the roof, overgrown yard, and trash (building materials, cans, wrappers, etc...) all around the house. The interior was very functional and the beds were very comfortable.
Fantastic location - we walked 2 blocks into town and skied in and out of Park City. Spacious and warm. You can't get a better location. Homeowner was easy to deal with and responsive. It's a real gem. Highly recommend!!!
Great stay. Some lightbulbs out and it gets pretty cold downstairs vs upstairs. Lower sink is clogged. Overall great. Thank you.

Great location-driveway, basic items, maintenance needed
It has a great location in Park City, but the driveway needs some serious help. The A/C wasn't turned on for the season, and for two days, temperatures inside the house were 83 degrees in the afternoon. It finally cooled off at night, but it was hot. A technician showed up (two days into the stay) and turned the outside unit on. A couple of weird things- a bathtub in the overgrown backyard and the liquid soap in the bathrooms and kitchen were so watered down that they were useless for cleaning.
Excellent location 3 min walk to Main Street and all its amenities. Half a block walk to the ~40 step stairs to go to the slopes. Might be difficult for little ones but easy for us.
House itself got plenty of room, 4 big couches and a couple coffee table/ottoman. All 4 bedrooms are down stairs. Very comfortable and clean beddings. Showers got good water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped and cupboard was full. WiFi good everywhere in the house. Very comfortable stay for us.
Checking in was easy. Gave us a code for the front door and house rules was on the wall next to the door. Checking out was easy also, used towels by washer and dishes in dishwasher and trash outside, standard rules.
We skied the morning of departure and needed a place to store our luggages. We had Ubered from SLC to the house for ~$60. Since there is no need to rent a car, luggage storage can be an issue. But the owner/management was able to find a way to accommodate us. Much appreciated.
Overall, this house was great for our ski trip. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay.
