"We had a nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster. The location is great and is within walking distance of most everything, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The staff were excellent and provided wonderful service. The door to our room did have a gap from the floor and so we could hear everything in the hallway. "

"I really wanted to rate this hotel high but it is extremely dated and worn. Yes everything functions but dear management, it’s time. Gut out the rooms and reface it. There is enough tourism in the area that you can afford to reconstruct. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is in the heart of where you want to be but I wouldn’t come back. The room reeked of over use, the towels were like Ajax pads, the carpet is older then dirt, I’m grateful it was only for one night that I needed the...
