"As a single woman traveling alone , the back of the property is a bit remote since in front of a soccer field but the parking lot is well lit . I just felt safer in a room facing the front . I had to change rooms for two reasons . My phone didn't work and the towels were stained . But other than that , this was a GOOD STAY! I was surprised at how clean the rooms are . The walls are freshly painted and have hardwood or tile floor .(Can't tell) .....but the floor was very clean . It was spotless. Very bright and well lit . I would stay here again . Room 115 faces the back .n that room was very clean. Switched to the front 104 . That room was very clean also . I was impressed !!! My stay cost $100. I feel it was worth it and well priced. This property sits on a borderline . Just a few feet away is a new plaza with Wegmans , reel cinema , Starbucks and an outdoor mall. The side the hotel is on looks a bit like an industrial area but it's ok. The stores are just 30 seconds down the road . I am from out of town but I feel like where the property is marks the border between the city and the town . It was a great stay . I will come back ..The office staff was very accommodating. Thank you !"

"The room was very clean, the bed was absolutely comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but what made the stay so wonderful was the staff. Seriously, some of the most attentive and friendly staff I have experienced in a hotel stay in a long time. I literally mean everyone my wife and I interacted with. Take a bow Holiday Inn in downtown Lancaster…you deserve it. 🙂"

"We enjoyed the amenities and the location of this property. Lancaster has a lot offer in the way of bars and restaurants. The property is located right downtown but it is easy to get around town walking or driving. The house is 3 stories so getting to the top floor was a hike but worth the trip. A very charming set up and we loved it. Hope to come back again in the near future. Becky was great and communication was excellent."
