"The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The pool side view and walk out to it was also convenient. Having a desk for lap top use was helpful. The bag of delicious chocolates was a nice and appreciated touch. The staff were all friendly and helpful. "

"We stayed in late September 2025 for our anniversary. We had an invaluable housekeeping staff during our stay. The front desk staff was also courteous. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. The other restaurant that served breakfast only had great options, including a buffet or à la carte. We would stay there again."

"As a single woman traveling alone , the back of the property is a bit remote since in front of a soccer field but the parking lot is well lit . I just felt safer in a room facing the front . I had to change rooms for two reasons . My phone didn't work and the towels were stained . But other than that , this was a GOOD STAY! I was surprised at how clean the rooms are . The walls are freshly painted and have hardwood or tile floor .(Can't tell) .....but the floor was very clean . It was spotless. Very bright and well lit . I would stay here again . Room 115 faces the back .n that room was very clean. Switched to the front 104 . That room was very clean also . I was impressed !!! My stay cost $100. I feel it was worth it and well priced. This property sits on a borderline . Just a few feet away is a new plaza with Wegmans , reel cinema , Starbucks and an outdoor mall. The side the hotel is on looks a bit like an industrial area but it's ok. The stores are just 30 seconds down the road . I am from out of town but I feel like where the property is marks the border between the city and the town . It was a great stay . I will come back ..The office staff was very accommodating. Thank you !"

"We had a wonderful time at the City Hideaway. Michelle and her husband were so welcoming and very sweet hosts. They made our stay super pleasant. This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we loved it. The use of the van space was so well throughout. I would definitely recommend this location to others. "

"We had a full house and really enjoyed the place! We would have preferred a drip coffee machine to the French press and espresso machine, but that’s really the only complaint.Easy walking distance to F&M college and super happy with the 2 car garage. Hope to stay there again when the weather is a bit warmer to enjoy the outside spaces too."
